how do I go about it?

A combination of a university education and an internship with a major league team will be your best chance. You have to be prepared to possibly work unpaid until given a permanent position by a team, and even then there's no guarantee that you'll go anywhere beyond a low-level job.

Making friends and contacts as you move through a system or systems is also critical, because it's those contacts who will, as in any profession, help you greatly when it comes time to switch jobs.

Go to college. Study business and marketing.
Maybe even law.

Play baseball or work as a coach, staistician or announcer and learn the inside game of baseball.

Get an internship for a local team. Start at a low level and work up to different positions.
