To Vancouver
Ilya Kovachuk

To Atlanta
Mattius Ohlund
1st round pick 08

do u think both teams would accept this? if not would one of them? which one?
i think they would cuz atlanta and vancouver are both struggling so far.
and canucks have bad offense and thrashers have bad defense.

rockies fans..who would you like to throw out the ceremonial first pitch for the rockies first home game of the world series? i definately have to go with larry walker. he's gone through so much with them and leaves for STL to finally try to get a ring, but comes short. he's my all time favorite player and i would just love to see him back in denver. if it's not him, i'd go with vinny castilla.

Since our championship, weve somehow been shoved the tag line "Hockey Bay, USA" down our throats. Personally, I can live with it. I just think that its extremely cheesy. So what's your view?

Okay, Detroit.. their players are old.. and how long will they last before they are one of the worst teams in the league because of it? they have 2 goalies (hasek and osgood) who are both like 40 years old.. and will last 2-5 more years.. the same goes for alot of their veteran forwards and defenseman.. i honestly am giving them 5 years before they dont have a team anymore.. they will be nothing more then Tumbleweeds..

Thoughts?

his home run trot yet? With all the bashing from the Indians fans about Manny's home run trot being slow he was a lot faster than Martinez. (Replays showed Manny already in the dugout by the time Martinez was just rounding third base).
Game 7 goodbye Indians!

When I was a kid my dads friend who was a big Oilers fan told me that as a Flames fan I could never cheer for an Edmonton team. I never have cheered for any Edmonton team. Is it still true that a Flames fan has to hate all Edmonton teams and is the opposite true? (Oilers fans cant cheer for Calgary teams)

My Achilles tendons have been burning me since late September (it wasn't severe, but enough to annoy) and I took out of training for 10 days.
I even changed my sleeping habits by keeping my legs elevated at 2" and icing the tendons a 3 -5 am in the fact that there is no other time to ice my legs.

Yesterday, I ran a really tough hill course (Mt. Sac) at a really SLOW time so as to not agitate the tendons.
The pain seemed to have subsided but moved to my shins.

Is the tendon problem gone? Or could the problem be much worse?

Ron Maclean.

He can take trash talk and Don Cherry's $h!t all day long and not slap him!

He can be around Don Cherry and still be Partially Humerous

He should replace Harry Neal.

Im not saying anything bad about don cherry.. cause his clothes make me laugh.. but stilll he's mean to Ron sometimes.

Do you think father time has finally caught up with Hasek? I mean the guy turns 43 in January and I was VERY surprised to see him withstand the wear and tear last season. If he doesn't turn it around relatively soon, could you see him calling it quits? To be honest, I think it might be the best thing for the Wings. That said, I have never given Hasek the credit he deserves but this time I might really think he is done like dinner.
