Nope you can score as many ones as you are able to untill you get 3 outs. Every game is nine innings long enless the home team is ahead when the last out is made in the top of the 9th inning, or the game goes extra innings mean it is tied at the end on 9 innings.

One team can keep on hitting the ball, running 90 feet, and turning left as much as they want before three outs are record.
The ML record for runs scored in one offensive half-inning is 18, by the 1883 Chicago White Stockings in a 26-6 romp over the Detroit Wolverines (this was a National League game, despite the unfamiliar names).
Since Marconi invented radio, the record is 17, by the 1953 Boston Red Sox in a 23-3 massacre of the Detroit Tigers.
Man, Detroit sure knows how to serve it up every few decades.
