No there are no limits so in a situation like tommorow (Game 7) anything goes for teams because they need to win so pretty much all pitchers have to be ready to pitch anytime in the game and its not unusual to see the ace starter pitcher come in for a few outs if he's needed.

Well there are no rules that limit it but you want to give the pitcher 2 or 3 days rest if there a starter.

Sensibly, he might pitch on 3 or 4 days rest but it's up to the team when he can throw again.

No limits on anything like that. If a pitcher was able to he could throw to complete games in a row. In fact about 100 years ago it was not too uncommon.

There are no limits...it is based on how they feel...how the coach thinks he is doing...will he be able to pitch a certain no. of innings without tiring or stiffening up...that sort of stuff.

There is no rule, but mangers restrict them because their arms get tired. But there is nothing from stopping a pitcher from pitching every game every day.

There are no playing/pitching limits in Major League Baseball, UNLESS you are legally on the Disabled list, suspended, banned, or released.

Teams may set (and wantonly override) their own policies, but MLB has no leaguewide rules about it.
