In other words, does the team with the best record always play the team with the worst record or does it always play the wild card team.

I ask this because sometimes the wild card team will have a better record than another division leader.

It's like that right now. If the playoffs started right now, the Diamondbacks would hold the top record, and the wildcard team would be the Padres.

Would they face off or would the Dbacks play the Cubs because they have the worse record of the teams in the NL playoffs?

Boston (please no!)
Anaheim (would make them the AL powerhouse)
NY Mets
NY Yankees (I dont think they would pay more because if he signs a new contract the Texas Rangers will be off the hook for the next 3 years)

Does anyone know how effective the No.4 would be if say, my boat was to be attacked by pirates? please, this a serious question!
Would it disable an engine easialy, or be able to sink the enemy vessel? (like a small speedboat?)
I am looking for a weapon to defend my vessel from pirates while in the carribean, and an assault rifle is a legal accident waiting to happen! I think the No.4 would be a good choice, what do you think?

Did anyone ever notice that HHH and Carlito have a lot in common:

Both are multiple-time champions in their father's company:
Carlito- 11 WWC heavyweight titles
HHH- 10 WWE heavyweight titles

Both have spitting in their entrances:
Carlito- Spits in his titantron intro
HHH- Spits water before his ring entry

Both are known for their cockyness

Both have had their run-ins with the company:
Carlito said some stuff about the lack of push for younger superstars
HHH was involved at the Madison Square Garden incident

HHH's most deviant acts are backstabbing (Randy Orton, Ric Flair, the Corporation, HBK); Carlito's finishing move is also known as the Back Stabber

Both of them have feuded with Ric Flair, on RAW, during one of Cena's title reigns. They have also feuded with Orton, then Flair, in that exact order.

Accquaintence of ours fishes them on the Atlantic Coast (New York area). Have not the foggiest, ha' neither does he (ya' know the Bud Light six-pack tackle box type fisherman)!? I am PAC because I'm against his title reign, moveset, and gimmick. I think he's a nice guy and have always said that. I want to learn how to lead climb. I am very proficient at top roping climbs up to 5.10. I know how to belay, set up top rope anchors on outdoor cliffs, and I have a very basic knowledge of the tools used with lead climbing. I have access to a climbing wall that is part of my schools fitness center. The wall has quick links placed on it for lead climbing, but there is no one here that knows how to lead climb. I am asking if it is possible (read not stupid) to be able for me and a few friends to teach ourselves how to lead climb. Does it matter what kind of rope we use, static or dynamic? Do we need any other equipment besides that which is needed for top roping? Is there any information I need to know before I jump on the wall, (GOOD internet sites, books, . . . )?

My friends and I are interested in going camping this fall here in the NY/NJ/PA area. However, I've never been camping and they're from the South where the falls are ideal. Are the conditions here in the NE good enough for outdoor tent camping in the fall? A lot of the local campgrounds are still open until the end of October. I called some places and they claim the weather is usually good until the end of the season. My biggest concern is the overnight temperatures we could face inside the tent. Any advice, tips? Please help.

DEI was left to her by her husband Dale Sr. It seemed that Jr was great with it until he couldn't win a race, then he decides he needs to take over the company???? Everyone is upset because Teresa won't give up DEI?? She didn't take anything away from anyone, When Sr died DEI became Teresa's, Jr left because she wouldn't give up what is rightfully her's. I bet if Jr would have won a race this year, all of this would never had happend! Martin Truex won a race, drivers who have DEI engines all have won races. I don't think its Teresa Earnhardt who is being selfish, i think its Jr, he couldn't win a race so he took it out on Teresa, tried to take DEI from her, and then turned everyone against her!!!

I would normally always start Johnson and Henry, but Jordan has been great and he is playing Cleveland. Johnson is playing Seattle (so I am definitely playing him). Henry is playing Jacksonville. Who would you start?
