road warrior hawk and road warrior animal were the best ever.
my personal favorite was the rock n roll express.
honorable mention to ole and arn anderson.

I can't choose just one, so I'll go with three of the best ever.
Road Warriors - They were simply the most dominant tag team ever. Fans loved that about them.
Steiner Brothers - They were dominant. Plus, Scott Steiner was just an incredible performer back then. They were the masters of suplexes.
Midnight Express - No other team has ever done as many tag team moves as well as these guys.
The Andersons - Old school. These guys both worked on a body part and kept attacking it until the end.
By the way, when you talk about "best tag teams", you probably should rule out teams where it's just two guys who teamed up occasionally.

My favorite tag team ever was...
The old school team of The Steiner Bros. - Rick & Scott.
This is back when Rick was still wearing two different color boots and back when Scotty still had his long brown hair.
The suplexes, the Steiner-line, the cork-screw piledrivers, the super hurracanrana-the "Franken-Steiner"...
Great tag team!
The best tag team of all time though would have to be either
the Road Warriors or The Dudley Boyz/Team 3-D,
just bcuz of the many titles they have held over the years.

Definently The Road Warriors & The Steiner Brothers, because both teams were very formidable in the ring.

The easy answer is the LOD Road Warriors Hawk and Animal but I also liked the Midnight Express.

Throughout wrestling history there have been many, many
great tag team duos but the one name that ALWAYS brought
the fight to the dawg' was: THE ROAD WARRIORS!!
They were the masters of agression anywhere, anytime!!!
