I am currently a white belt in Taekwondo. I am testing tomorrow for my Low Yellow belt, I am already doing knuckle push-ups. But I do them on my knees. My instructor says that only females can do the push-ups on their knees. But I want to get stronger. I have checked out a DVD from the library called Fat burning kickboxing workout. Should I be watching the DVD and do you think it will help me with my taekwondo? I weight 167 lbs I am 5 ft 2 inches. And I am 22 years old. I just started taekwondo about 3 months ago. How can i be more cempetitive during my tournaments? I have a tournament coming up on saturday which I am going to attend. I wont be sparring until I am a yellow belt. And I will be doing my form and one steps. I don't want to keep doing push-ups on my knees i want to be able to do them with out being on my knees

In todays world, it's sad that if someone is playing really well that we automatically assume steroids. But I can't help but think that maybe he's on them. I don't put it passed anyone these days. I'm suspicious of everybody.

I understand people have great seasons and career seasons, but this really came out of nowhere. I know there's no such proof, and his name hardly ever comes up in these allegations, but in your opinion, do you think he may be on steroids?

What also makes it more suspicious is that he's been released about 4 times and was about to be released by Tampa. Then someone had an injury so they kept him. All of a sudden he's belting out 40 homers and has a career high 110+ RBI's. Let me remind you he's never had more than 82 RBI's.

The whole thing is just very "convenient". Especially in today's world of baseball.

in the final month and have trouble winning their division. I like the red sox and everything but im sick and tired watching this team getting to a great star during the first 5 months of the season, but in septembe they always find way to lose thier lead in their division and let those hated yankees always have the final laugh and with the division.
IS JUST FRUSTRATED TO SEE IT HAPPEN YEAR AFTER YEAR.

I just got a winchester 70 30-06 and people have been telling me just shooting it straight about 50 times will do it. Others say use over time. Then this old timer I met said to shoot it once and clean the barrel with solvent, repeat 10- 15 times. I would appreciate any feedback.

I'm not really sure what the best grain is to use I'm guessing the different grains have to do with the speed of the bullet, how far it travels and things of that nature. I think the grains range from 150-180 for a 30-30 so just looking for someone that knows a bit more about it. My gun is from Western Field . Thanks in advance.

They have quietly compiled a 90-62 record to tie Cleveland for the best record in the league with all the injuries they've sustained with the lineup, bullpen, starting rotation, etc

I want to go white water rafting and I know it's dangerous, but it's something I really want to do. I have a history of concussions and chiari malformation, but I think I'll be okay. Should I do it or not? Any suggestions?
