No doubt they win bt the same effort shud have been shown in the previous world cup. Then it wud have been the right way to say Tremendous. The players are so efficient and hard working on the field, they shud do the same when playing at greater level.

The performance of Indian Team during the last 3 matches were most creditable and fantastic especially no one has any expectations from Indian team to reach semi final level. Further the last 3 matches india won have been the most exciting and thrilling matches of this tournament.

First, I would like to congratulate the young Indian team, led by a very young captain ‘Mahi’, for winning back-to-back do-or-die matches.
Their attitude was positive and they improved inch by inch in every match. Batsmen exhibited their aggression, bowlers their grit. Not to forget the astonishing improvement in the fielding.
I pray this Indian team bags the Championship, to sink the Caribbean cup of woes.
Secondly, I feel very sorry for the South Africans. They were one of the favorites of this tournament, but were knocked out after losing just one game!!!
It was a typical Proteas way of exit – a repeat of what they have faced in the past – a ‘so near yet so far’ kind of situation.
Finally, the New Zealanders. The ‘lucky’ Kiwis deserve to be in the semis. Though they are not very strong when put on paper, they play like champions in all the departments.
I wish them all success against Pakistan.

Yes great work. Did anyone notice though that the last ball of the Indian innings which Rohitsharma hit for a six was actually a noball. The ball was fulltoss above waist high. But nobody noticed it in the climax. Didn't matter much in this match but could be cruical in other matches specially in the 20-20 format.

I wonder if its a statement or a question first of all *scratches head*. Considering it a statement i think its still early days to be predicting for the world cup winning that game. I think your neglecting the fact that India has no fire power what so ever in the bowling department.
Tracing few previous records, we are accustomed of losing when the expectations have been over their mark.
But whatever u say.. ' Phir bhi dil hai Hindustani ' ;)
