Oh man I'm so glad its hockey season so I can hear Rick and Jim call the games. No other announcer in sports seems to come up with as many great catch phrases that just get you in the mood for the game. Just Fantastic!! Let's Go Buffalo! (and the one i can't wait to hear is the population in pominville rising again lol)

RJ is indeed royalty in the sports announcing world. Incidentally, he's indirectly responsible for me and my boyfriend getting together, too. We were both on an online dating site and he saw I liked the Sabres and messaged me with a bunch of RJ classics and a link to a few youtube videos. I figured I had to give the guy a chance, since he was a Sabres fan and all. Two months later, everything is wonderful and he went and surprised me with Winter Classic tickets! RJ's awesomeness helped me find the love of my life!
