I'm going to Thailand for some intense Muay Thai training.
I'm planning to become a professional fighter.

Any advice? Anything at all? I can't speak Thai and I don't know much about that country. Is there anything I should know before I get there?

I want to live in an wilderness like area sort of like in the forest. Near by I want mountains and a little creek. This is a big dream for me. I want to have a regular small one storry house too. To all you amateurs who dont know what your talking about, striking someone in the throat can very well kill them, and instead of simply defending yourself against the school bully, your gonna be defending yourself against your cell mate when you get charged for murder. I know anybody who says "punch him in the throat" hasnt taken any martial art ever, because any art teaches against that, so leave the advice to people who know what theyre talking about.

This question is more related to basketball but if anyone know please chime in. Many players take pride in representing their nation. Ryan Smyth seems to always say yes to an invite, nagging injuries or not. Mario Lemieux was a guy who wasn't always as quick to step to up to the plate.
Anyways, my question is that Samuel Dalembert (native of Haiti, lived in Montreal) of the Sixers just recently got sworn in as a Canadian citizen a couple of weeks ago, just in time to help his new home country for the Olympic qualification in Las Vegas.
So, where the hell is Steve Nash? How come he isn't representing Canada. Injury?
Anyone know why?

That article in USA today was sick. Americas team? The Yankees are and will always be baseballs most popular team. The Red Sox wouldnt have any fans if they didnt win the World Series in 2004.

i'm glad the team will win without him, because this year the team got stronger and way better, beside all he would do is score 32 point and want to shine for himself that's why they did'nt win, and now you see the major diffence now, everyone in the team score like 8-17 points per games, and as for kobe when the right time come for him to take over he will, but now the team his doing a wonderful job, that's why he don't really shoot the ball alot, kobe and kidd always got the highest assist for the team, no wade no problem, i'm a half fan of wade but sometimes he really want to shine for himself not for his team, i don't care if u guys disagree, when he play he try to tell the world something, i like the way LJ play for the team he play like magic johnson in the good old days, he mostly deliver the ball unlike wade who want to be the scoring leader for the team last year.

I just read an article on Yahoo about how Little leaguers should be paid when playing in the little League World Series, since it's a televised event. The guy says each player should be paid $1000 for every game they play. i think this is ridiculous because the little leaguers are in it for the pure joy of being able to play in front of America, and for the joy of winning the World Series. i just wanted to know other peoples opinion on this. during the Packer game last night the UMPIRE (usually behind the D-Line & front of or near the LB, why was he standing opposite the REFEREE (white hat) behind the QB.

Is this something there are trying to test--I don't like It!

In this video game I play people do it all the time, I'm curious as to how accurate this is. I would think that the recoil and heat would be far too intense for someone to be able to pull this off.
