They won't get many votes, but I think it has to be Yuniesky Betancourt and Jose Lopez in Seattle. Those on the East Coast might not see them much, but I think they're the best combo currently going.

Tinker and Evers Russell and Lopes Trammell and Whitaker Concepcion and Morgan Aparicio and Fox Add: SARGE - So who are YOUR Top 5 double play combinations? Once again you criticize someone else's answer and FAIL to answer the question. Another easy 2 points for nothing.

Yuniesky Betancourt and Jose Lopez are an amazing DP combo. I know they may not get the pub that Jeter/Cano, Rollins/Utley and others may but we are talking pure fielding skills here (not hitting).
John MacDonald & Aaron Hill on the Jays are up and comers too.

Jeter and the smooth Robinson Cano, Craig S is acually right both of those guys are smooth up the middle in Seattle but not many people know about them because they are in Seattle.

Derek Jeter & Robinson Cano, New York Yankees. Perhaps neither one is the best at his position, but together they are the best.
