I'm going to the Pirate game on August 13th when the Pirates face the Giants and Barry Bonds. I'm sitting out in left field and I was trying to think of something to wear or some sign to have about Barry Bonds. What was the best thing you've seen at a stadium that had to do with Barry Bonds? Any ideas on what I should do?

I've been doing staf fighting for about a year now and I'm struggeling on one thing - a backwards roll. I've been told before that you always roll on your shoulder - which I think I do but the problem is when I land. I always end up landing on my knees - which gets them full of painful bruises every week!

Does anybody have any idea what the problem is and how the hell do I do a backwards roll probably???

(Also I keep getting bruises from rolling on my shoulder too and can't land with my hands on the ground since they'll then also get bruises - I just have to land on my feet.)

i HATE the fact that this is the way that it is. why bust your @$$ as a player to win 100 games when you could have played half as hard to get 90 wins and made it if it doesn't matter come the world series? the only reason this is even a part of the game is because of the tie after 11 innings way back at miller park. i think we can blame two people for this: torrii hunter for robbing bonds of a home run and sammy sosa for getting thrown out by a mile trying to stretch a double into a triple for the first out. cardinal rule, don't make the first or last out of an inning at third, just stay at second b/c you are in scoring position anyways. just want a few thoughts.
