the fact is the ticket prices wouldnt go down as long as grounds are selling out,if it didnt go to the players itd go to the chairmen and theyve got enough money as it is.

footballers careers are short and the millionaires make up a tiny percentage of players,id rather it goes to them, the ones with talent than a parasitical **** like ken bates and the like.

the onyl other arguement i hear is well the common supporter cant relate to them any more, why the hell would you want to relate to them morons,if you need to relate to footballers then i suggest going out and making some friends.

NFL opening night is 61 days from today. College football starts 54 days from today. I am more psyched than ever, especially after upgrading from a 25" tube television to a 46" hi-def LCD during the off-season. Is anyone else as pumped as I am?!

I'm a San Francisco 49er and Notre Dame fan, but I'll watch just about any NFL or major college game. I just like good football. I can't wait to see what Randy Moss can do with Tom Brady. I want to see if Matt Leinart can build on the promise he showed last year. Will LaDainian Tomlinson dominate again? Just how good is Calvin Johnson? Can the Steelers rebound from their tough year? Is the honeymoon over for Charlie Weis in South Bend? Those are just some of the questions I have going into the fall. What about you?

If pitchers give him a strike, he will drive it out of the ballpark. He balls in the dirt for solid doubles and sometimes Homeruns. My question: do you think Vlad can win the homerun derby because he will be getting pitches to hit?

what would be a good time for the 100 sprint (20yr old male)

I personally don't like the DH rule, but if there ever was a time to use it, it would be the All-Star game. This is where we see the best pitchers against the best hitters. I really don't care to watch an AL pitcher who hasn't hit all year take 3 lame swings at the ball. I know they are usually pinch-hit for, but not always. For example, a big 1st or 2nd inning, they would leave the starter in so that he wouldn't just be pitching one inning.

All of my friends think walking a round of golf is ridiculous. To me, using a cart takes away a lot of the relaxation of playing. It's like riding an ATV on a hiking trail and missing out on all of the scenery. Not to mention walking a golf course is great exercise.

He seems as destructive as a tornado who's also past his prime. His perfomance numbers are dismal, he has walked out of game in progress, a change of scenery doesnt change the person you are on the inside.
