I'm coming from N.J>, leaving on Sunday morning. What time should I plan on arriving for the race (starts at 3:30)? Is the traffic getting in really bad?

The crowd starts getting there early, so it's unlikely you'll be able to avoid heavy, slow moving traffic.
The tailgating crowd is already at it at dawn Sunday.

I went to the 2005 Indycar race. I got there early and the traffic was alright then. Getting out was kind of tough. Have fun. Watkins Glen is an alright facility.
