My two cents?

I think its a sport because, as with most any other sport, it requires atheletic ability, practiced technique and knowledge.

I am new to cheering ( 2nd yr) and enjoy it. I noticed that some pervs do try and look up the back of our skirts when we walk up steps or bleechers. I was curious if others also had that problem and if you also hold your skirt ? Thanks

I am looking for a Browning Hi Power, preferably chambered in .40 S&W, but 9mm will also do. I want a two-tone black and silver version. Also, I am not looking to spend too much on it. Any ideas?

1. David Carr
#1 draft pick of the texans who has not produced a winnning season in all of the teams short history and has lead the lead in getting sacked nearly every year.

2. Terrell Owens
A physical specimen of a reciever and a hard worker, but also so big of a distraction that some think he'll never be able to maintain team chemistry.

3. Michael Vick
A great athlete with reciever speed and a cannon arm, but is short, somewhat inaacurate, and has a line and recieving corp that underacheive in the passing game.

4. Randy Moss
Once the unquestioned best reciever in the league has experience a huge dropoff in Oakland, and some say his passion for the game can't be revived even with the Patriots.

5. Mario Williams
The Texans selected him over Bush and Young, yet he only recorded 4 sacks in his first season, which some use as justification for calling him a bust already.

Daniel Beck, the Lead Investigator of the McMahon case, said that a third strand of DNA was found at the crime scene of a well-known personality. Ok, you must think hard about it, think. The bombing occurred on the night of the Draft, a conjunction of Raw, Smackdown and ECW, ok. Now, he said it was a well-known personality, and a personality is sometimes what, a radio or television announcer, personality=WWE announcers. Ok, stay with me, there have been many WWE announcers in the past of WWE, Mean Gene, Gorrilla Monsoon, many well known announcers. But who would be so devious as to kill Vince, IT WAS PAUL HEYMAN, think about it, Vince has fired him so many times, Vince bought ECW and put him out of business, then brought him in as an announcer, then fired him again. THEN, he brought him in as the Smackdown annoncer, then fired him again, then, after Vince revived ECW, he fired Paul Heyman, who was the GM, earlier this year, he has the best motive, it was DEFINATELY Paul Heyman!!!??!!!

Almirola was doing a great job and they pull him out because Denny Hamlin's been running late all day and pitched a fit? Sad.

I am in my early 20s, and I have been running for 3 years - just for fun. I tend to run between 2 and 4 moderately fast miles about 3 or 4 times a week (sometimes more or less), but every once in a while I like to time my mile run. How fast should my mile be? How fast would an average early 20-year-old male run a mile? Thanks.

I do myself, but in a lot of other threads I see people that think its a dumb name and "why do you name your team after a color?"....very frustrating :)

On a related matter, who knows what the Harvard and Stanford mascots are?

I have been training for a 5k for about a month now and the other day I went out to run and my ankle was in so much pain when i started. I have no injuries to my ankle and did not twist it recently. In addition, I am on a training schedule to build up my bones and joints properly and not increasing more than 10% a week. Any suggestions on what is causing this and how to make it better. I just went out and bought a elastic ankle wrap (it actually is like a sock with a whole in the ball of my foot and covers my ankle). I also didnt run for a few days and then I ran again and the pain came back...I know I should get it checked out by a doctor, I just dont have any insurance at the moment and when it kicks in I will go...so any suggestions until then...I really dont want to not run until I go to the doctors...(which is in a month when I get my insurance) Thanks for any help..

What is up with everyone concerning steroids in baseball the last couple of days? I heard last week, Fernando Vina and Buster Olney both say they would vote for Sammy Sosa for the Hall of Fame, Olney I think said he even votes for the hall. Then on ESPN radio on Saturday I heard Mel Kiper, Jr., and the host both saying Barry Bonds deserves to be in the hall. What happened to the outcry from last year about all the cheaters in baseball? The outcry was so great Mark McGwire, who holds the rookie home run record at 49, that it kept him out of the hall on the first ballot. Are all the voters ready to say they are hypocrites or is it because of the fact of the color of the skin and the voters are afraid they will be called racists?

i argued a called at our game today. the opposing player squared away to bunt the ball. he NEVER pulled the bat back. our catcher threw the ball down to third to catch the baserunner stealing. i asked the umpire what the call was,to be sure he called the strike. he said the batter pulled back and the pitch was a ball. i asked the field umpire for an appeal, and he said the batter didnt make an effort toward the pitch. my point is this, if you are squared to bunt the ball, that right there is an effort at the pitch. if the batter does not pull the bat back, the pitch should be a strike. the field umpire says thats not correct and he still needs to move the bat in an attempt to strike the ball. who is correct???? i think we got a horrible call. from day one, i was taught that if you arent going to bunt the ball, remember to always pull your bat back on a bad pitch. now he didnt move the bat at all, he was squared for the pitch and NEVER pulled the bat back, is it a strike?
