ive done triathlons but i carnt ride am rubbish but good at the the swim and run but carnt find any aquathlons in the north east area do you know any that coming up

Dale Jr got a 100 point deduction for illegal mounting brackets on the COT. If he does make the chase, which he probably will, does the points deduction really effect him when he's in the chase?
The points automatically restart, dont they?

It seems like 98% of the people here think that a shootout in the playoffs would be a dumb idea. But if you want to defend the idea of a playoff shootout, have at it.

I am a OLB/SS for the Houston Firewalkers. I am 6'1, 215 with 4.58 speed. I was a first team All American in college. I have plenty of film from both college and minor league. I am a very hard worker who plays with high energy. I have a 4.58 (40), 18 reps(225), "10.4 broad jump and 37" verticle. Also, if there are any NFL, CFL, NFLE or Arena coaches/scouts interrested- please contact me ASAP!

We don't know what goes on behind scenes,but the rules change depending on the driver,and or team owner. Rick Hendrick, team great example. Why would they confiscate a car that there wasn't nothing wrong. OH by the way they did change the front end of the dodge remember duh huh! Cheater remember the past of Mr. H. I really think Tony hit a home run with his comments,and the only reason he backed down was who writes his checks? Everyone is getting fed up,and you think nascar fans have attitudes, wonder why. For one why don't you report what you see and quit trying to shove Jeff Gordon down our throats. Yea good driver, but don"t compare anyone to the old days you know as well there were not near as many races. You say Nextel,nascar fair you need another example; robby gordon had to take motorolla off his car,but then burton got to keep a t and t; bull if ya look on nextel commercial it clearly says motorola. Nascar was about fans,we made sport what it is forget that hope you crumble!

I am a weight lifter but despite all that, I have been jogging often on and running some what.. The problem that i have when doing so is it seems that My foot and a certain point does not want to flex back i hear it's because of a muscle called tibialis how can i fix this problem when i get on my like 3rd lap foot does not want to flex back it kind f forces me to have to stop joggin and running i only get a short run because of this whats holding me back...
