We don't know what goes on behind scenes, but the rules change depending on the driver, and or team owner. Rick Hendrick, team great example. Why would they confiscate a car that there wasn't nothing wrong. OH by the way they did change the front end of the dodge remember duh huh! Cheater remember the past of Mr. H. I really think Tony hit a home run with his comments, and the only reason he backed down was who writes his checks? Everyone is getting fed up,and you think nascar fans have attitudes, wonder why. For one why don't you report what you see and quit trying to shove Jeff Gordon down our throats. Yea good driver, but don"t compare anyone to the old days you know as well there were not near as many races. You say Nextel, nascar fair you need another example; robby gordon had to take motorolla off his car,but then burton got to keep a t and t; bull if ya look on nextel commercial it clearly says motorola. Nascar was about fans,we made sport what it is forget that hope you crumble!

I'm guessing you had a bloody mary breakfast. Take a nap and think about trying again later. Was there a question about Kasey Kahne in there somewhere or did I miss something?

During this years Daytona 500 the entire Evernham Team (that is the Team Kasey is on) got caught blantantly cheating.
The confiscation of Cars you speak of is something NASCAR does on occasion; randomly; to test all the manufactures on a dyno to insure a level playing field.
No matter what Sport you talk about there are always Fans who think the Governing Body of the Organization is picking on their Team when their Team is not doing well and a rival Team is; especially when their Team has been caught cheating.
Some NASCAR Fans are getting tired of NASCAR's rules and regulations and it is the Fans of Teams who have been penalized for violating those regulations.
When Jimmie Johnson's Team got caught at the 06 Daytona 500 you heard no one from the Hendricks Camp crying about the unfairness of NASCAR. They cheated, got caught, and paid the price. They didn't whine, cry, throw a fit, or say NASCAR was being unfair. The face the consequences of their actions.

Well, If Kahne cheats, he needs to do a better job of it and try getting back to the top. Its pretty sad if you are cheating and can't even finish in the top 20. I don't understand why you think he's cheating though. As far as nascar changing the rules, I don't think that is the case. The only thing I have a problem with is their timing on throwing the caution out. I'm a HUGE Gordon fan, but it looked like the caution should have been thrown way before during the last race he won when someone blew up on the frontstretch. I don't think they change rules, I just think they are inconsistent. Its alot of "grey" area and it seems they sometimes don't seem to do what the fans want..... I don't know...... what was the question again?
Even though they have made some changes I didn't like, I will still continue to watch. I love my nascar!!!!!

I believe every team tries to 'cheat', and if they don't, then I don't believe that they are trying to win. But some teams 'cheat' blatantly and get caught. But the reason, so many fans have an attitude about 'NASCAR' is that they don't have any 'consistency'.
By the way 'Gene L', sure Hendrick's didn't whine or throw a fit at the Daytona 500 in 2006 when Jimmie Johnson and Chad Knaus got caught cheating and they paid the fines and suspension, but then again they didn't lose any POINTS, now did they ? Consistency, not a chance.

Well no info on Kahne but there are certain politics with in NASCAR that the general public will never know.
The past few years there has been a lot of inconsistancy that has been stated as "rule modifications" but again general public is not able to see theese since NASCAR is a Private Company.

NASCAR has cheated in Chevy's favor for as long as I've been following it (over 25 years now) and probably did even before then. I know in the 50s Hudson cars dominated, then in the late 50s and early 60s Ford teams were always on top. Now since Chevy has NASCAR in their pocket those days are gone forever. I wish we still had Pontiac, Olds, Plymouth and AMC on the track to shake things up. Going to a Cup race nowadays is equivalent to visiting a Chevy dealer :^(

i think of Rey is a large cruiserweight. i'd prefer to work out him win the Intercontinental call. yet, i do no longer think of having him because of the fact the international Heavyweight Champion replaced into all too surprising. He would not have the character to hold the entire prepare. And, he's not a large taker. in spite of the incontrovertible fact that, I nevertheless evaluate him a legend. i'm unwell of Kane being a perennial jobber like maximum are. i'd actually prefer to work out this journey turn slightly hardcore, and then have Kane %. up the win. yet, so far, it is not a hardcore journey. it relatively is the only thank you to grant any good closure to this susceptible storyline. And, Kane merits a Cena-long reign as a international Champion for his contributions. WQ: Orton

You gotta understand, it's a family owned business. They can do whatever they want to do. I've already stopped going to NASCAR races after thirty years. Ghost yellows, the "lucky dog" bull shite, the Yellow Cab Car of Tomorrow with no front bumper....they have absolutely ruined it. I attend as many local races as I can now. Always preferred wiping dirt out of my eyes at dirt tracks rather than having to eat the France families crap.

Dude, they didnt confiscate Hendricks car. Jimmy donated it to them so they can do research on how the race impacts the COT. As far as in cheating, They are paying for it (jr, M Waltrip, etc). Why are you worring about sponsors, I dont see you doing anything to raise money for Robby. Instead of worrying about who sponsors what, worry about your fragmented sentance that everyone has a hard time trying to read. Periods only take one key stroke.

This rant reminds me how important PUNCTUATION really is. Some things that people type here are hard to read because you can't tell where one sentence ends and another one begins. Maybe you would be wise to give up the "Instant Diet Coke(caine)" and maybe not get so worked up about something you have no control over.
