yeah, your talking about your tibialis anterior muscle. probably because your a weight lifter that muscle most like become stiff. so what i advice is try stretching everytime you run, before and after, just dont overdo it.

streching is good especially for weight lifters, it will give your muscles more power to contract and helps you to prevent injuries.

Weight lifting makes you stronger, but stiffer. So when you weight lift your muscles will form more mitochondrias which will strengthen your muscles AND make em stiff, this affects your legs aswell as they are bearing extra weight and therefore build muscle and stiffness aswell, especially if your standing in one spot or sitting in one spot lifting the weights, your elgs get no movement.

You got two options:
1- Drop the weights and just run and jog if thats what you want to do, eventually your legs will become flexible again.
2- Learn to flex and weight lift at the same time so you dont end up with stiff arms and legs.

You simply have to construct up your staying power a few extra. With on a daily basis you must upgrade begin with a slower speed and construct to a faster speed. If you ought to stroll positioned your fingers in your head to open you lungs and stroll rapidly for not more than 20seconds earlier than going for walks/ running once more! If you're going for walks longer than 2miles greater than two times every week to preclude harm I advise different going for walks sneakers.

I would say thorough and complete stretching before and after exercise.

Personally, I LOVE to run, BUT you can burn JUST as many calories by walking very fast and pumping your arms. You know what Iam talking about, just like all those people speed walking you see that make you laugh.

Its easier on your joins and tendons.

you need to go to the chiropractor or a physical therapist....a physical therapist is pretty good because they tell you what you have been doing wrong and how to fix it.
