As you can tell i am from Colorado. But you have to look at the Broncos. They made some good moves. They traded the ball dropping Bell and got Dre Bly. They also picked up Travis Henry and Daniel Graham. Their draft was good in getting the defensive line they needed.

The team with the best off season would definatly be the New England Patriots. They got Randy Moss, Dante Stallworth, and many many more great players.
The most improved would be the San Fransisco 49ers. They had the best draft, Alex Smith is going to turn into that Superbowl QB, and a lot of great players coming in. The 49ers will be in the playoffs next year.

Well, the Patiots made some really really good moves, but they are already in the top 3 teams in the league, not much room for improvement. I have to say my brownies had a real good offseason too, with the draft and picking up the best freeagent lineman, and the browns will also be the most improved

New England made the best offseason moves by bringin in 4 wide receivers, adalius thomas, and brandon merriweather.
But newengland will not be teh most improved team because of the jealousy in the wide receiver position.
The most improved team will be the eagles and heres why
1-Their offensive line......best in the nfl....will be there for brian westbrook and whoever is behind westbrook...
2-Upgraded defensive line....kearse comes back, howard will be there and look at the defensive line, its loaded.+ we still have trent cole....so a good rotation is there.
3-Brian Westbrook can run and he showed it last season..
4-Andy Reid will run a balanced offense to keep pressure off McNabb.
5-Mcnabb has good receivers and a good tightend.
6-McNabb is gonna be healthy.
7-Our secondary is looked as the best.
8-LB's positions are loaded.
9-We got return specialists.

Without a doubt, the Patriots made the best moves in free agency. As far as most improved, if you mean by wins, i'm going with the titans. They should make the playoffs this year. Most improved by talent would be the browns without question, they might even make a run if they stay healthy and gel.

I think that the Buccaneers had a very good offseason. They added a shot of youth into an aging defense with their signings of Cato June, Patrick Chukwurah, and Ryan Sims. Plus 7 of their 10 draft picks were defense! Also they added TE Jerramy Stevens from Seattle, OT Luke Pettigout, OG Matt Lehr, and Jeff Garcia to help their offense. So if we're talking about filling NEEDS, then I think that Tampa Bay did as good a job as anyone.

The easy answer is the Patriots, but I will go with St Louis. The rams picked up Drew Bennett, which makes the recieving corps scary, and they also picked up Dante Hall to return kicks. If the X-Factor plays like he did in Kansas City then the Rams will be the team to beat

NE and STL had nice offseasons i must say, but im going with SF. they drafted extremely well and signed good FA's.
they have clements (one of the top CBs in the NFL) to play alongside walt harris (pro bowler last year)
they got michael lewis (good pass rusher and tackler) they have a great LBer core. manny lawson and patrick willis are two of the fastest LBs in the NFL based on 40 times. they got banta cain to rush the QB and brandon moore is a good LB.
they got jason hill who ran in the 4.3 the got lelie who is fast they got djax from seattle and we all know he is a good receiver when healthy. we got frank gore and vernon davis back healthy. we have improved our OLine which was good to begin with last year by drafting joe staley who is better than levi brown.
9ers have tons of young talent, they might not make the playoffs this year but nolan has had the 9ers improving their record every year. from 2-14, 4-12, 7-9. the 9ers are up and coming.
