They make nice ones now with a rotating front wheel which enables you to make very tight turns.

Most jogging strollers come with just a fixed wheel on the front, which makes manuevering a little difficult.

If you are looking for a jogging stroller that you can also use as a walking/shopping/around town stroller, I would check out the BOB Revolution ($359.00 REI.com). It has a fixed wheel on front that can be unlocked to a very clean pivot, allowing you to make more than 90 degree turns without moving the stroller forwards. They also make the stroller in a double wide, allowing you to take two children.

Color wise it comes in a navy blue, an orange and a brown and pink.

Most of the older ones do not - some of the newer ones do. Though, as with everything else, some products are better than others. You'll have to do your research on this one, so that you can determine the things that are / are not important to you. My jogging stroller (a twin stroller) is made by Schwinn (the bicycle manufacturer) and it is great! Our stroller has the ability to have the front wheel lock in place for jogging or rotate for shopping - and was reasonably priced. The wheels are even easy to install and remove for easy repair from flats, etc. Good luck!
