I'm a first time buyer, and did take a hunters safety course. So, I have somewhat familarity with guns. I have land several miles north of where I live. We go to it somewhat frequently. Can anyone give me tips when buying?

could you please design me a workout routine that will caters for my needs. i have an hour in the gym everyday day of the week (except weekends) and i have an hour and a half fridays
i weigh 115 pounds i'm only 15 years of age and only 5,2 inches tall my body fat is around 15 ,5% . i need this routine to do the following
1. help me get a six pack as soon as possible(i relize i need a body fat percentage of 12% for that) i also do 8 minute abs every night
2. i play soccer and that's coming up soon so i need to build speed and endurance so i need to be on the running machines at least for the whole of thursday , tuesday workouts AND half hour of fridays work out (if you think that will work)
3. i'm a small guy so i need to build a lot of muscle
4. any exercises or programs that help me get taller
5. build quick, powerful, agile and enduring legs for soccer
be specific like monday .... tuesday...

I know all about his playoff record, and he does seem cursed in the off season, but isn't Marty EXACTLY the type of coach Pitt thrives with? Cowher was a Marty Disciple.

None of the organizations Marty was fired from did anything after he left either......they were all better with him there,

In other words, some of this has to do with the ownership, and organizations, he worked with as well as his coaching.

That being said, there was no excuse for losing that New England game. He was outcaoched. (then again, if everyone who was outcoached by Belicheck was fired, there'd be no coaches)

Dallas Morning News reported yesterday that TO demanded Jerry Jones bring in former Florida Gator QB Danny Wuerrfel for competition at the QB position.. TO was enamored with Wuerrfel's performance during his Heisman season in 1997 and thinks it can transpire on the field next year as well.. I think Wuerrfel is a superior talent who should be in the league on any team.. He did after all win the Heisman tropy.. What do you guys think??

There is a certain group of kids who are on this site just chatting away about stuff that has nothing to do with asking questions about wrestling. There are others who just talk to each other telling certain other users that they think they are cute. Last time I checked, that crap was not allowed on this site. I know that I am doing the same thing right now, but its about time that somebody brought this matter up. Everyone just ignores it, but its hard when school is out and these kids are just talking it up about how "Hey ____ I missed you", "Hey ___ I love you, how was school." If you call these kids out on it, they will just TRY to tell you off in the oddest way. You will see it below. Who else is tired of these immature highschool children? How can we get rid of them or lessen their annoyance?
