yeah he is. oj played when they were 12 games in the regular season not 16 games. he even had a 2000 yard season. he still has the highest yds per carry average among running backs with at least 100 games played. so yeah he could be the best ever.

He WAS great in his time. As a running back, at least. As a Human Being he leaves a lot to be desired. Physically, he may be "cute", but being a dic*head detracts from that tremendously.
Your love for him is misplaced. He couldn't care less.

in the answers you got i seen alot of great backs, and with a question like this, you can't even think bout what happend off the feild, this question was asking if he was the greatest back, nothing to do with off teh feild, he was not the greatest, close he did have one of the greatest seasons of all time, with having the highest yards per game in history, (playing all the games in a season) but he over all career wasn't to great compaired to others i seen listed in these answers

You have issues....
No, OJ Simpson is not the best running back ever. I can name at least ten others who are better:
-Jim Brown
-Barry Sanders
-LaDanian Tomlinson
-Curtis Martin
-Walter Payton
-Emmit Smith
-Jerome Bettis
-Shaun Alexander
-Tiki Barber
-Thurman Thomas
-Eric Dickerson
-Franco Harris

You must be smoking something good. I would say that Barry Sanders is the best running back in the History of the NFL. He would be the rushing champ if he didn't retire early.

No, OJ Simpson is one of the most brutal killers to ever walk away from justice. A racist jury let him go because they hated white people.

Yeah that's fantastic except that he is a murderer, a liar, and he's like 60 now. He must be an idiot too. I mean who would write a book about how you would have killed your wife, right after you spent a whole bunch of time claiming that you didnt kill your wife.
