I was thinking of doing boxing but they dont allow you to kick. I thought about doing kick boxing but I want to be able to learn to grapple and throws. I tried ju-jitsu and then kung-fu and neither of them helped me. Not that I get into alot of fights but ju-jitsu and kung-fu dont really train you for a fight you may get into in the street? What would you recommend?

Ok, I soo wish that the media would have more soccer in it, and less football, baseball, and basketball. I like those sports, too, but it is very unfair. Ummm...what do you think? Should people give more soccer credit?? I THINK SOOO

I have many facts that make me think that soccer is taking a considerable leap into popularity...

1. Many US owners from Football to Basketball to Baseball teams are investing serious money on English soccer teams... Manchester Utd, Liverpool, Aston Villa

2. There been a few MLS teams doing partnerships with Europeans teams... such as Colorado Rapids.. which got deal with Arsenal.

3. I think in the next few years... many top players will follow the steps of David Beckham... to come in to the MLS..

4. Almost every MLS franchise has or is constructing their own stadiums.. plus the league is expanding with Salt Lake and Chivas USA last year and Toronto in 2007.

5. TV networks are getting more rights to show soccer... ESPN, ABC and Univision (spanish) had the rights over every world cup game.. plus they will have the deal for the 2007 Gold Cup, i think Copa America, Champions League and EuroCup 2008 too.

There are a few other things, but i would like to know your opinion?

I give it to KG....I'm sorry but this Legend is way overmatched. Could you imagine a 7ft & 253 lb., hard playing, agile as a guard, with skills like a shooting guard, POWER FORWARD(that could play center) determined GIANT like KG matched up with a 6ft9 & 220lb, not as athletic, alot more stiff, but determined, hard playing, with a mean streak, SMALL FORWARD like Larry Bird.
Now you Larry fans please don't mention rings and don't be bias. Because Boston done alot more for Larry then what Minnesota's done for Garnett. Larry had loyal TOP 50's, HOF's, & and players that was good enough to win finals mvp on his team(Larry didn't get finals mvp for all 3 of his titles). While Garnett's help was average players crying about contracts.
If KG & Bird matched up it'll be a miss match. It'll be like how the more athletic, bigger, Lennox Lewis used his long armed jab against Holyfied. I seen Bird shoot over alot of people, but he couldn't shoot over a faster, more athletic, 7ft. GIANT like KG.

As much as I LOVE Mr.Kennedy I highly doubt it MAINLY because 90% of the time when a major title changes hands it happens on a pay per view not regular television,what's yalls thoughts?

In their respective primes (favre mid 90s, Elway late 80s) who was the better Football player?
I think they are a great comparison, similar mobility, and the strongest arms in the league at the time (although, truth be told, Elway had a stronger arm than anyone, ever).
In their primes these were probably the two most tremendous forces ever to play the positions, fast-moving cannons who could win games almost by themselves. Elway's teams in the late 80's sucked, but he still took them to the SB. Favre's team in 95 was better, but not a great team by any stretch.
Who would you pick, why? Remember, this is not about careers, stats, or rings, this is about who was the better player at the peak of their physical powers.
