Since it was put together followin the allstar break it is the Pens with Jordan Stall and Micheal Oulett on the wings and Malkin at Center. The line has been on fire since the break and besides Marc-Andre Fleury is the biggest reason for the 11-0-2 (i think) run the Pens are on.

Based solely on second lines, it's definitely San Jose. Marleau between Michalek and Clowe (if memory serves, those are his wingers) would be a top line for several teams.
Buffalo and Nashville have better third and fourth lines than San Jose, but neither team's second line can compare to the line I just mentioned. As for Pittsburgh, Malkin is sometimes Crosby's LW, and when that happens, even if that line's RW isn't Recchi, that's still the best top line in the entire NHL. For the times when Malkin is the second line's C, he doesn't have the same weapons around him that Marleau has.
On a semi-related topic, I might watch the Stanley Cup Finals if Pittsburgh assembles the Crosby-Malkin-Recchi line against Calgary, but both teams have to get that far first.

I know the highlight. Blake wasn't two lines ahead of Forsberg when he passed the puck. He caught up to the pass. I'm pretty sure since he wasn't two lines ahead of the play when the puck left Forsberg's stick, that made it a legal play. i could be wrong though.

BUFFALO SABRES, all 4 of their lines are dangerous and can score. But the lines aren't numbered so I'm not sure which is the second, but I'll say it's:
Hecht, Briere, Pominville

Buffalo...Without even knowing the actual lines I can say they have the best top 3 lines....based on their depth...and they dont even have Connoly back..Watch out...
But just from the top of my head I believe it is Briere Vanek Pominville
