When the Niners Won the Super Bowl at Stanford Stadium beating Miami was the closest to a team playing at home. In two years Tampa could do it, and Miami after that. The Super Bowl is in Arizona next year but everyone knows the Cardinals won't be in the Super Bowl next year, if ever.

No. It could happen but it has yet to. The NFL signs contracts with cities years in advance to host the Superbowl its kinda like the bidding for the olympics.

No yet there have been a pair on the edge of abode like the Raiders and Buccaneers in 2002 whilst it became performed in San Diego and the Rams and Steelers became performed in California whilst the Rams performed in L.A.

No, but it has been close twice. The Los Angeles Raiders played in Pasadena (30 minutes away) and the SF 49ers played in Palo Alto (30 minutes away).
