I want to be a conditioning machine for Jiu Jitsu. Can I condition everyday? can I over condition? What is the most conditioning I can do without loosing muscle. I will eat a million calories if that is what it takes? How many days a week?

I personally would start with small TVs right in front of the judges to review the round and see replays of hits the may have missed from their angle. I would also give them access to compubox numbers. It is about time boxing address the problem of terrible judging and get with the times and make improvement for the fighters sake. These guys give everything including their physical well being and it sucks to have a bad judge rob them of a victory. The judges should also have their scores reviewed by an independent panel and they should be scored on how accurate and fair they were. Then only the highest ranked judges would be allowed to score championship fights. I would love to hear any other solutions.

what do u think about the hungarian gran prix?ok well, i think this is the worst grand prix in this season....ferrari are just too slow and bout schumi.....only three laps to go...unfortunately, his tyre worn out....a very bad race for ferrari's and renault's fan......rite...? and a very terrible crashed happened....i can't believed it, i support kimi as well as schumi, hmm..i know kimi is not in the ferrari team, but i think he will become a part of ferrari.team...maybe next season lol.........i'm very sad bout this race........i can't even sleep that night.......aww, i just hope the race can start again.....LOL....so, what bout u guys? what do u think bout this grand prix..? are u thinking the same wit me..? the worst grand prix in this season..? LOL

Boxing has been terrible for years. Terrible judges and no dominating heavyweight has hurt. I havent spent money to watch a boxing fight since Tyson but every month I fork up 50 bucks to watch the UFC. Has MMA thrown the last bit of dirt on the grave of boxing or can it recover? By the way who is the heavyweight champion.
