I want to be a conditioning machine for Jiu Jitsu. Can I condition everyday? can I over condition? What is the most conditioning I can do without loosing muscle. I will eat a million calories if that is what it takes? How many days a week?

You can do cardio daily; weightlifting is every other day. If you train hard with cardio you use a lot of iron, so you might need a bit extra if you're a female. Watch yourself. If you feel tired take a day or more off and then start again at a lower intensity and reduced duration.

You can do cardio 6 days a week. You always want to take at least one day off. Same thing with abs. 6 days a week is okay
