Carolina VS Edmonton - any game that the Hurricanes play in is the best to me!!

Rangers vs Islanders i wouldn't go to because the Rangers always win and they are going to play it on MSG over and over
Devils vs Sabers is OK but the devils stadium is damn near impossible to find even worse at night
Colorado vs Detroit i would say no if you watch the old Detroit when they were big now they aren't talked about at all in the East they never play NJ and i never saw them play NY and Colorado fell off 2
Carolina vs Edmonton would be an OK game but i see it being a low scoring game with not alot of action
Washington vs Pittsburgh It would be more of a fake rematch with nothing special but it depends on There Roster and the new players coming in.
So i would go to Devils because i am a devils fan....... or Washington to see Ovechkin play

Based on the options, it's not close.. Detroit/Colorado brings about the same amount of energy as a Boston/Yankees.. Redskins/Cowboys, Ohio St/Michigan match up..
Any game where the goaltenders have battled at center ice, not once, but twice.. where the two teams have a bitter playoff rivalry and where coaches go nose to nose in a shouting match has to be the best..
However.. I would go one better, even being from Detroit.. I would still say Toronto/Montreal would be the best for a fan.. but it's not an option..

I think Detroit vs. Colorado might be the best game to see as far as the quality of play.
Personally, Rangers vs. Islanders if the game is in the Garden is the game I'd go see.

Detroit/Colorado.
Washington/Pitts would be boring,
Rangers/Islanders would have been great but the Islanders just flat out suck,
Buffalo/Jersey, Devils play a boring style of hockey,
Carolina/Edmonton, would be ok to go to just as a Cup Rematch, but no real rivalry between the two.

I would attend the Carolina vs Edmonton game. I went to all the home games in Edmonton during the Stanley Cup finals, and none of them were boring. However, you should consider adding Calgary vs Edmonton because they have a really good rivalry and always, always, always turns out to be an exciting game.

Anyone vs Montreal Canadiens. The history of the NHL is glittered with stories of theCanadiens who have won by far the most Stanley Cups. SO much so that even the crappiest team in the league plays its best game when playing the Canadiens (even if the Canadiens are not too close to the top these days).

I would go to Washington vs. Pittsburgh because they both have the best two rookies in the NHL and i've seen those two teams play before and it is really amazing to watch them play. Hope it helps.
