1 Chelsea (bought quality players again, v strong squad)

2 Liverpool (bought strong again, improving each season)

3 Arsenal (will have good home record, but young team may lack direct experience of a title race)

4 Spurs (if they can pass the ball forwards and concentrate RIGHT up until the final whistle)

5 Man Utd (have only bought Carrick and sold a top goalscorer. Need signings of the ilk Chelsea have brought in to win title)

Watford to spring a few surprises!

chelsea are going into meltdown and have a read of this
Leeds United chairman Ken Bates has issued Chelsea with an ultimatum: Hand over £24million for the kids you poached from us or we'll demand a 12-point deduction.

Bates claims that Chelsea acted improperly in signing teenagers Tom Taiwo and Michael Woods from the Leeds United academy.

A third youngster refused to quit for Chelsea following what has been described as an illegal approach.

Warning Chelsea that he's no pushover, Bates said: "We're asking for £24m for the players.

"They made an illegal approach for three of our kids so, at the moment, we're going to report them to FIFA as well.

"They're sitting on the three-point deduction for [Ashley] Cole. So three points for each player would represent a 12-point deduction for next season."
