I am a open minded Christian and have taken her to church a few times. When asked to convert, she said" The truth is what goes around, comes around. The rest has no proof. She is Buddhist.

in a negative way, how you feel afterwards..immediately you may feel adrenaline rush believing you have answered in a witty way, although notice how you feel later that day or the next morning, if you seem to lack energy. Then, notice how you feel when you answer in a positive way, will you feel energized? This can be a scientific experience.

I'd like tried and true recipes...this is important...it's for my fiance's birthday...which is on Christmas Day so I CAN NOT goof this up.

I'd like a moist chocolate cake, I have reasonably good cooking skills but don't want anything wildly difficult. And can you please put a little feedback on what the cake tastes like when made? Thank you!

You follow a religion based all on faith and have no tangible proof of your god.You clam the earth to be his creation and your book to be his words. You claim to see your savior and hear his voice but when others hear voices you call them insane. You remain sin free just in hope being saved from enternal damnation.Do you see anything wrong with this?
Please excuse any mispells or typos I am dyslxix so I have a very hard time remebering how to spell disspite my very high I.Q.

I don't believe in the Bible, but for arguments sake lets suppose you get to go to heaven:

You can't win cause no one can lose.
You can't cry cause you are always happy.
You can't help anyone since no one can be in trouble.
You can't be helpful and likeable since no one needs it.
You can't experience accomplishments since obstacles don't exist.
You can't try because you always get what you want.
You can't learn because you do not have less knowledge than anyone except God.

I can go on...

God does not allow sin or evil thoughts to exist in heaven or in your new body. In other words you can't sin because you don't know it.
How can you be happy when you don't know sadness?

Heaven seems odd and inconceivable.
Unrealistic so to say.

I have a tough question comming up shortly so just ponder on this one while I compile the question.

Try to disclaim and of the statements above if you can.

Most say it was a real serpent controlled by Satan or Satan himself. Why do people come to this conclusion? Also, why do they see 3:15 as a prophecy of Christ?

To say "I believe there is no God" is a conscious choice.

Then, on what do you base your choice: evidence, logic, faith, or a combination of the three?

If evidence, then what positive evidence is there that disproves God's existence?

If logic then what logical proof do you have that negates God's existence?

If faith (you just believe there is no God) alone, then the position is not held by logic or evidence and is an arbitrary position.

Or a combination of those three?

How often do you hear christians bash Atheists for not having a moral guide like they have? Now interstingly enough, christians swim around the laws in the bible like slippery eels everytime they're mentioned. They say, "Jesus already fulfilled all the laws and we now live by his grace". So by this, christians basically don't have to follow anything told in the bible because jesus already fulfilled them.

So what is there left in the bible to guide you, when you're not obliged to follow any of it?

As for the 10 commandments, most of them are basic moral rules existent in most cultures around the world anyway. But I seriously doubt that there's any christian who has never lied. If you say you have'nt, then you're lying once again and thus breaking your law.......but then again jesus already died for you...so....
