I don't think I'm judgemental but I do have strong opinions. When I think of being judgemental it makes me think of someone who makes a decision BEFORE knowing the facts or that they aren't interested in collecting any facts. I do have strong opinions on some topics but I am not quick to make my mind up. I am also able to admit when I'm wrong which I don't think a person who is judgemental would do. I hope this makes sense.Take care.

There is a need to understand the difference between making judgements and the judgement of a person.

It is required that you make judgements of actions and events in the light of absolute moral law. These judgements are required to guide your decision making. It is also required that you act for the good. The judgements that you make are required for that action for the good and to avoid actions for evil.

Condemning the evil actions of a person is not judgement of the status of the soul of that person. In fact, it is required, that any evil not be supported by silence and to speak out against all evil is a requirement.

Yes, I am. That is what my brain is for and how it works. It attempts to identify patterns and to draw conclusions/knowledge (i.e. judgements) from that process. These might be judgements that I need more information about something, or about what I expect from someone based on whatever information I have gathered, etc. It is important to have some tact and humbleness when trusting one's own judgements as we may be missing valuable insights or risk hurting someone by being unnecessarily blunt.

I try very hard not to be B but I guess it is part of human nature to have opinions. I do get mad though when people make judgements based on the drivel they read in the newspapers because they do not know the true facts before passing judgement. x

being judgmental is nothing really to do with religion.

you can judge someone on anything, voice, hair, wealth, education, race etc
