I recently asked a question about prayer, and several people who answered signed off with "descriptive word, like *patient* prayer warrior". What does that mean? Are they all part of some kind of prayer group? Is that a known expression? I'm a Christian, but I've never heard of it before. Thank you for answering!

Or do they marvel at the miracles of god when the bus does not crash through the ice and the children are saved, are unharmed and go home to thankful parents?

What constitutes a miracle? Are there good, and bad, miracles? If so, is that a contradiction in terms?

I'm of the Christian faith, I feel I believe in a GOD, "Higher Power" but why then I ask, are there so, so many different religions, and with so many, how could one ever really tell, which one is on the right track to ensure your going to go to heaven when you die...? Religions like Catholic, Baptist, Johova Vitness, Jewish, Roman's, Prodistant, (sorry about the spelling's), and so many others to choose from?

This is just out of curiousity. I thought about this and I'm still not sure on the subject. Do you think Biblical Christianity can be compatible with modern feminism (or even non-modern feminist theory)?

The only thing I can come up with is that the Bible says that men are to love their wives and revere them as much as Christ loved the church.

I am just curious as to what others feel God is. Male or female? Both, or neither? I realize in Catholic school we were taught God is "our father", which indicates he's a man. Assuming this were correct, is there are female god to balance things out?
