Uh, NO. That person knows how they were performed, and making a God out of a living person really isn't healthy, mentally speaking. If you give into that kind of a thought pattern, like there is a living God, you could go bannanas! No "illusionist" is going to die for your sins, people will think you're bonkers for making a shrine to someone, or may do something strange to get that person's attention. I would suggest a more healthy mental activity, like trying to figure out how it's done.

Now Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba say that among all kinds of madness seen in the world, the Madness after God (Bhakthi Bhranth - Devotion for God) is the Best.
Perhaps all other madnesses after Money, Power, Recognition, Science, Atheism or so called Rationalism (ie in reality is Irrational Rationalism only ) are all not seem worth taking a risk into, in the Long Run Innings of life while dispaasionately, logically and really rationally thinking life as a whole for planning in a disillusioned manner.
