Not just the ten commandments, but also the other commandments given in the bible. Are more sins worth more points, so-to-speak? Is homosexuality worse than envy? And, I love to hear everyone's opinion, but...I'd like some legitimate scriptures, if you don't mind...

If you were God, would you care who believes in you and who doesn't, or would you forgive atheists? Why are humans more forgiving of atheists than a being with a "perfect" sense of justice?

Not that I really care either way. lol
Anyways, stopped by to visit my bro and his pastor was there. They were chattering about volunteering for something or other. The preacher said "You should try to help people out as much as your brother does". Before my brother could get his comment out I said "I already do, I take care of a disabled heart patient and his family". The preacher said "Who is it? I might know him." I looked him straight in the eyes and said "ME!" My brother thought it was funny (judging from the way he laughed), but the preacher appeared quite offended and left. So who has the problem; me or him?

With the arrogance of the major religions dominating most of society, will we survive? We now have the capabilty to not only prevent our own extinction, we can also cause it. I know that the extreme Islamic side wants a world religion and the Christian rapture as a end of days so what can we do to prevent this.

Is a reevaluation of faith needed in order to survive?

Do you believe that churches need to stop having games for the children and teens to play and start raising up some Powerful praying, devil rebuking, mountain moving, blood pleading saints of the most high God?

Do you expect to see animals that have gone extinct, like the dodo, the passenger pigeon, and the mastodon?

How about the animals you accidentally ran down (frogs, raccoons, skunks, chipmunks, squirrels)?

Will you meet all your meat,e.g., the cows, pigs, chickens, fish, and sheep that you consumed throughout your life?

And what about the rats that were killed to test the medicines that kept you alive (at least until their usefulness gave out)?

At work (hospital), many nurses hate the fact that families will agree on dangerous procedures just to keep a love one alive. They will do this even though the outcome will still be the same, and the procedure even if successful will harm a patient in the long run.

A common example is performing a heart cath on an elderly patient, or attempting through all medical means possible to save a leg, when it would be best just to amputate it. I have seen cases where the person is only kept alive by machines.

So my question is, should we always take advantage of science, or should we just let life and death go on as it is? Where do you draw the line?

My problem is that my fiancee wants to get married in a Pentecostal church who won't accept me because I wasn't baptized in the name of Jesus but rather in the name of the Father, Son, Holy Spirit. Therefore, they want me to get baptized in the name of Jesus. I feel that if I do, then I am putting my belief and God under this marriage which is not something I want to do. I don't want God to be second. I have until Saturday to figure out what i am doing and I have no idea just as yet.

What are you supposed to do?

How are you suppose to feel?

If you try "with your whole heart" and don't feel those things then what?

Just imagine this and let me ask this as well, "Why would God create us and then send us to a dreadful place after life for eternity. God loves us and wouldn't torcher us. And yes your all entitled to believe in what you want but I'm just saying I personally don't believe in hell one bit.

-God would never hurt us either. This is why I don't believe in hell. It just sounds so fake.

Again, if you are a smoker, how do you feel when someone states a fact, like, "Quitting smoking cuts the risk of lung cancer, many other cancers, heart disease, stroke, other lung diseases, and other respiratory illnesses"?

Do you feel angry and annoyed, or do you feel thankful that someone cares about your health?

On a similar note (And if you respond with negative comments when someone tells you to quit smoking), when someone wants to talk to you about the Word of God, do you say, "Oh, not THIS again," or do you say, "Wow, someone actually cares about my soul (Regardless of the fact that you don't believe in souls)"?

Don't you think that you should at least thank them, or at least tell them that you are not interested at the moment, instead of accusing them for "indoctrination"?

Your thoughts, stories, etc.?

to get you to believe in something you are certain isn't real.

Such as a totally fictional character. Why do you try to convert Atheist that way? Don't you realize we feel that way about all gods?

Not so powerful after all. But the Gods of the Romans did not let them down for a 1000 years when they built the most powerful Empire of all times.
