there are fish bones on top of mountains...
various explanations have been put forth throughout history to explain what fossils are and how they came to be where they were found. Many of these explanations relied on folktales or mythologies. In China the fossil bones of ancient mammals including Homo erectus were often mistaken for “dragon bones” and used as medicine and aphrodisiacs. In the West the presence of fossilized sea creatures high up on mountainsides was seen as proof of the biblical deluge. More scientific views of fossils began to emerge during the Renaissance. For example, Leonardo Da Vinci noticed discrepancies with the use of the biblical flood narrative as an explanation for fossil origins:
you can find fossilized sea critters in almost any major mountain range

As many posters will attest, there are fish bones and shells, etc found on montain tops. Where do you think the mountains came from? They haven't always been montains! Shifts in tectonic plates, inexplicable explosions of earth, erosion of flat lands - these are how mountains are made. Many of the mountains we know today grew from land that was covered by oceans currently or at some point.

Because as the waters receded the fish went to the bottom which became lakes and oceans and so on, if you ever emptied a fish bowl you will notice the fish go to the bottom where it is deepest.
But they are finding fossels as the glacials melt and around the world there is in the earth's crust a part that is dated to have happened on every continent a time of a great flood.

Do you know what diatoms are? If so, there is a huge deposit of them on top of the mountain range outside Lompoc, CA. A Biblical flood is the only explanation for this.
Petrified clams @ 26k feet of Everest. Evolution did that?
Frozen mamoths with food in their mouths. Lemme guess, evolution did that too?
Site below is done by someone *trying* to disprove creationism. Cherry picking at its best!
Thumbs down for info with proof? Thanks!

Some Christians believe that the Flood was global. And some believe that the flood was a regional flood (the Hebrew text is consistent with a regional flood).

There are instances of such things being found, but a world wide flood is simply not possible. Science has offered plausible explanations for the finding of aquatic fossils in high elevations.

There are places that have such and people pay to dig in the rocks for the fossils and they are worth a lot of money. They look like a photograph on a rock.

There ARE fossilized fish at very high elevations. You just never hear of them, because of the evolution agenda.
Here's an excerpt from an article:
"All over the world there are fossilised [sic] bone of animals, sometimes grouped together in what appears to be massive graveyards (Baker, 1996). These fossil graveyards show evidence for large number of animals being buried quickly. Such fossil records in sedimentary rock include fossilised [sic] remains of fish. Under normal circumstances, fish would rot rather than be fossilised. [sic] Again, this points to some sudden calamity that buried vast numbers of animals quickly."

Bones decompose, mountains change, and for bones to become fosils many factors have to affect them.
Chanses are, with how mountains grow and shrink fosils of creatures dependant on water could be found in mountanous regions.
