The London Olympics. Apart from that, there will be the usual twelve months and four seasons, just like any other year. There's no reason there should be anything exceptional. The End of the World has already been expected several times before, but never happened.

Well, it'll probably rain. And then be sunny. And have some varying temperatures. And there will be some snow in some places. People will hate each other. People will love each other. Species will go extinct. Someone will find a hammer they've been looking for. People will stay up until midnight on New Year's Eve.

Your typical year.

Another Presidential election?
Another Olympic games?

If you are referring to the end of days, I believe that isn't until around 2020 or 2040.

Not sure what you're talking about. If you mean the end of the world, who knows?

The bible says that only God knows when the end will come, so if someone is trying to tell you that they know, they're not being truthful.
