I'm writing this here since there are SO many Evolutionist who "hang out" here.

Do you believe in spontaneous generation, which was proven to be false?

Why don’t scientists ever talk about the Cambrian explosion where a myriad of different species of animals appear fully formed — thus CONTRADICTING the Evolutionary tree of life?

Our earth is so precisely placed that even a one percent variation closer to or farther from the sun would make life impossible – we would either burn or freeze to death.

Enzymes can only be produced by living cells, yet living cells ABSOLUTELY require many specialized enzymes in order to survive.

I'll have more.

..hmm, well, how do i begin without sounding crazy, f*ck it, i've already gone insane anyways.... about 10 years ago, my mother, a devout christian, fasted for over 40 days, no foods, just liquids. after the fast, she was now able to ask god yes and no questions with an answer by the shaking or nodding of her head.. she says its Him who's moving her head... unfortunately for me, when i wanted to go out and chill with some friends, she would have to ask god's permission first!.. and of course, i was always up to no good, so the answer was 'no', 70% of the time, thats when i planned on smoking drugs, stealing, drinking, she had no clue about these things until 5 yrs later... but whats strange, i asked her if i could go out to see a movie(nothing illegal), she said 'no', than i demanded she 'ask god', she did, he said 'yes', so now she had to let me out...is that weird or what? my mom is not the brightest bulb in the box, so i find it impossible for her to trick me with anything...

On the easiest moral question of our time -- should we treat humans like farm equipment -- the bible fails miserably. Endorsing it in the Old Testament and tolerating it in the new. The only admonishment is not to beat your slaves so badly that they die that day. If they linger for a couple of days and then die -- no problem. Is this really the best source of morality?

what does the Truth say/teach is that difference in Gods Love and mans love??????
you know how we love our children and at times give into their tears even when it would be better for them in the long run, if we had stuck to our guns?? or some will love a thing(a big house, alcohol, expensive car, drugs and that's just a few) and hold on to it even if it cost them everything else.
could it be that what we have been taught about love is not love at all?

i don't really know very much about your beliefs but i heard that you guys believe that there is no life after death..if this is true then why do you go around talking to people about it trying to make them believe what you do. if there is no life after death then it makes no sense to even believe in god...i'm not trying to offend anybody but i've just never understood the beliefs of jehova's witnesses.

What are some good Hebrew BIble(Old Testament) verses that shows us we are not totally depraved beings as the Apostle Paul would have us believe?

Here is my example in Genesis 4:6-7 So the LORD said to Cain: "Why are you so resentful and crestfallen?
If you do well, you can hold up your head; but if not, sin is a demon lurking at the door: his urge is toward you, yet you can be his master."

Far different teaching from God then what Paul has to say in his writings. What are some additional verses/examples in the Hebrew Bible that shows God giving man free-will and the faculties and ability to choose good and evil??

"The maintenance of modern creationism and Flood geology not only is useless apologetically with unbelieving scientists, it is harmful. Although many who have no scientific training have been swayed by creationist arguments, the unbelieving scientist will reason that a Christianity that believes in such nonsense must be a religion not worthy of his interest. . . . Modern creationism in this sense is apologetically and evangelistically ineffective. It could even be a hindrance to the gospel.

"Another possible danger is that in presenting the gospel to the lost and in defending God's truth we ourselves will seem to be false. It is time for Christian people to recognize that the defense of this modern, young-Earth, Flood-geology creationism is simply not truthful. It is simply not in accord with the facts that God has given. Creationism must be abandoned by Christians before harm is done. . . ."

I know this question was just asked and I saw the typical Catholic answers. Not saying anything is wrong with the answer just that the answers were what I expected. One of the common themes is that Mary was saved in the womb. Lets assume this is true. That from the womb she was saved. Have you sinned since you got saved? I know I have. So if we sin after we got saved what would keep Mary from it? If God made it so Mary could not sin then didn't He interfere with her free will? We are told all have sinned. Not some but all. It seems to me that this teaching is a direct contradiction of the Bible.

I am being as respectful as I can here so please be respectful in your answers.

For example, virtually every passage in English-language Bibles that contain the words “the LORD” was originally just “YHWH” – God’s name (over 6700 instances in all).

Would saying ‘YHWH sent his only begotten son, Jesus of Nazareth, born of Mary of Nazareth, Sister-in-law of Zechariah of the priestly division of Abijah…’ come off as more readily ridiculous than ‘God sent his only begotten son, Jesus (The) Christ, born of The Virgin Mary…’?

Certainly, referring to your boss as ‘The Boss’ is much more authoritative and less open to questioning than calling your boss ‘Bill’. But at the same time, referring to your wife as ‘Julia’ instead of ‘my wife’ creates the appearance of being in a much more intimate and personal relationship.

So are titles used in place of names to create a façade of authority and titularity?
If someone refers to worshipping Zeus, Allah, or any other ‘named’ god, does it more readily conjure images of delusion?
