It is too bad, that people can have so much trouble controlling their sexual energy, that they think the temtation is abusing them. If you where tempted by a candy bar, while on a diet, would this candy bar be charged with abusing you? How ridiculous.

They are not animals; they are human, so they should have more control over themselves. it's not women's fault that they lack focus and attentiveness. If they were really determined to pray, they would do so, regardless of what anyone looks like around them. So to answer your question - i think the notion of tight clothing being emotional abuse to men is ridiculous.

The men should be able to control themselves.
However, much as I love to show what my mama gave me, there is a point where you are stepping over the line and you should be prepared to endure staring and rude remarks, or choose different clothing. Yippee, you have boobs! Half of the population has them, too, and most people don't want to see more than 50% of your surface area exposed in public, please.

LOL - actually, in high school, i was told by my math teacher that i needed to dress much more conservatively because the male students were having a hard time concentrating. i told him "not a chance, it's not MY problem that they can't concentrate"
i think it was the teacher who was having a hard time with the way i looked
