okay so the modern day religions are called correct and blah blah blah. but they cant be proven, what about all of the greek/roman mythology and other mythologies?, who are we to say that it was not correct. we only believe in our religion because our parents told us to and it was drilled into us. Think about it, who are we to say what a real or phony religion is. tell me what you think.
the only freaking reason you even believe in a god, or angels is because you were taught it. if you lived 10,000 years ago would you be monotheistic, no, would you believe in one god and angels and all the bible stories, no!!!! romans studied gods and claimed to have found peace with their gods, so dont play that: you have to study god card on me. I am all fro you practicing your religion and will die for you right to do so, but can you see my point? do you have a retatiation?

If someone you loved had no chance of living, would you rather have False hope, or know and believe the truth?

So according to thier logic, if some told me unicorns existed, i should believe them? Or does this logic only apply to claims that threaten you for not believing them?

At funerals, the body is buried, the body of bones, tissue, insides, etc. The true soul has left it and is with us for eternity. The soul goes to the most beautiful place, all colors are the brightest, the buildings are the most beautiful, it is serene, we are united with our loved ones; and again we can choose what we want to do.

People who believe in religion, just arent that bright, when compared to those that know its false but if you believe in hell, you are extra extra stupid.

Look, then are many things in High School where a display of incompetence stops you from graduating. If you never ever learn how to multiply, you will never recieve a diploma.

Therefore, It makes perfect sense to me that people who believe in hell, shouldnt recieve a diploma.

Heres how stupid you have to be to believe in hell:

You have to believe in a creator, who created everything and knows everything.......except when it comes to hell, where somehow he has no liablity.

You have to believe that an all-knowing creator creates humans, knowing in advance , before giving life to them, that he will roast them in hell for all eternity

You have to believe in a loving God loves to hear eternal screams of unimaginable pain.

You have to believe in a just God sentencing people to the greatest injustice imaginable.

Justice can be described as an equal punishment or consequence, based on the act commited.

It would be unjust for a j-walker to be sentanced to death for example, as j-walking is not equal to death.

SO, how is it possible that someone could deserve an infinite amount of punishment (Hell = eternity, right?) because a finite amount of sins they have commited?

If christianity is suppose to be the only religion and the right religion then why is it that most of those "good" christians are such hipocrits? The bible says that God is the only judge, then why are so many christians the first ones to judge others, and decide what is right and wrong, when they took most of their beliefs and practices from the pagans centeries ago? And it is those same ones that are always out to "save" everyone's soul instead of worring about their own, Im not judgeing, just curious?

Lets assume for a minute that the following two premises are true.

1. God is omnibenevolent, this would mean that it is his up most will to eliminate suffering and harm other people are bearing.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Omnibenevolence

2. God is all powerful. Omnipotent in other words.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Omnibenevolence

He therefor has the ability(#2) to stop people from suffering (in Hell), and he wants them to not be suffering (#1).

According Christians, people are in Hell, quite a lot of people in fact, so regardless of free-will * , either #1 or #2 is wrong, if not both, so which is it?

* If you were burning in hell after you "freely choose" to send your self to it, would you be all that upset if god yanked you out?

when you die, and Anubis rips your heart from your chest and begins walking towards the Scales with your heart in his one hand, the Feather of Ma'at in the other hand, you won't know how to recite the 42 Denials, and your heart will be devoured by Ammit, the devourer of hearts and you will be destroyed?

And if not... why do the Pascal Wagerers of you think I'd be any more scared of your particular Hell either?

Why is it not OK to have a whole blood transfusion, yet it is acceptable to have a transfusion of blood fractions?

If blood is sacred, then isn't it still just as sacred when it is split into fractions?

I don't see the logic in this. I was brough up as a JW, so I do know the reasons JW's have for refusing blood. However as far as I can see, either it's acceptable to take blood or it's not. I fail to see how splitting the blood into fractions changes anything.

A little extreme. But really the book are about witches and sorcery, pagan rituals and spells and dark arts. Is this the work of Satan targeting young kids to start their own cults?

Jesus Christ pbuh was regarded as an exalted man in the first centuries but later Christian started believing divinity of Christ and only this idea prevailed and original idea was banned as heresy by Roman authorities and Councils of Nicaea held in 325.
This first ecumenical council was convened by Constantine I, emperor of Rome, to settle the Arian dispute concerning the nature of Jesus Christ. Of the 1,800 bishops in the Roman Empire, 318 attended the council. The Nicene Creed, which defined the Son as consubstantial with the Father, was adopted as the official position of the Church regarding the divinity of Christ.
And in the Second Council of Nicaea held in 787 and convened by Irene, empress of the East, and it was attended by 350 bishops, most of whom were Byzantine. In spite of strong objections by the iconoclasts, the council validated the veneration of images and ordered their restoration in churches throughout the Roman Empire.

In Quraan, the Muslims book, God is telling us about atheists like yourselves standing in the Judgement Day scared to death from God 's punishment and pleading for another chance to go back to this life to start believing all over. This chance which will be denied as God has vowed. Can't you consider the chance you already have in hand as you are still alive.

I'm not anti-capital punishment, but you can't ignore the fact that 'killing' is 'killing' no matter how you slice it (no pun intended, seriously) Even if you try to pull the "justice" card, or the "murder is different than killing" card, Making someone die is STILL making someone die.
