I LOVE falafel. My favorite falafel story:

I was stuck in Fresno on a contract job. There was a Middle Eastern restaurant near the jobsite, so I figured I could get a falafel sandwich or - if I''m lucky - some baba ghanouj. All the food though is roasted lamb, and variations on the dead-animal thing that is so popular. I asked if they had a falafel. She had no CLUE what I meant. I had to leave that place.
