Yes and no! There are a few fragments of gospels called the Gospel of Mary or the Gospel of Mary Madgalene but they're fragments, paragraphs, pages, chapters, not whole books.

Also while individual Gnostic cults may have had their own versions of the Bible there is and was no such thing as a Gnostic Bible!

I think some one compiled translations of some of these fragments and called it the Book of Mary and that may be what you mean?

The virgin Mary, or Mary Magdalene? There's a non-canonical book that was written a couple hundred years after the crucifixion of Christ, with the claim that it was written by Mary Magdalene.
But to my knowledge, there is no book, canonical or non, that was claimed to have been written by Jesus's mother.

Mary Magdalene? I really do think so. It may not be in the bible, but that doesn't mean that it doesn't exist.
