- Law 1, God loves you and offers a wonderful plan for your life.
- Law 2, Man is sinful and separated from God. Therefore he cannot know and experience God's love and plan for his life.
- Law 3, Jesus Christ is God's only provision for man's sin. Through him you can know and experience God's love and plan for her life.
- Law 4, we must individually receive Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord; then we can know and experience God's love and plan for our lives.

Do you agree with all of these laws? I believe that they're very misleading and point to man's ability rather than God's prerogative. Your thoughts?

Don't they reject Jesus as being the Messiah? Don't they think the Messiah has yet to arrive? And the New Testament is only about Jesus.

I feel that sometimes when we say we are ok with our personal religions, we are kind of selfish and shor of sight about what is the worshiping thing about....

at the end we are trying to make God fit in our lifestyles instead of making a real commitment with the one who provides everything for us...

I lost my daughter in an accident 5 years ago and though I would like to think she can hear me if talk to her, I tend to think that the Bible indicates that those who are dead cannot hear us or see us.

I am not saying all atheists, but I have noticed a trend when I talk to some...not all but some atheists who never seem to really know what they are talking about. Or state intelligent reasons for being an Atheist. It's almost like they think the term Atheist just means Anti-Christian. It's like they claim to be Atheists to fit into a group that goes "against" the grain so to speak. To me I feel like some of them have more of an anger against Christianity or the God of Christianity rather than making an educated choice against all Deities. I have asked some Atheists why they have chosen Atheism and some of them actually use Christianity as a reference point but thats all they have. An example I hear alot is "I am an Atheist because the bible is full of lies and Christianity is man made," or "God isn't real because my parents wouldn't have died in a car accident if he was" Do any of you agree with or know what I mean?

I was reported for abuse for stating in one of my responses that I don't click on links. Gee, I could have said what I really thought, which is if you are too stupid to ask a question in your own words, I'm not going to bother to click on a link. Sorry you are so inarticulate. Grow a brain.

26 Then God said, "Let US make man in OUR image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, [b] and over all the creatures that move along the ground."

Our & us is plural....who is our & us referring to?

Why is it that the leaders of your church are called Popes, Bishops, ext? Why don't they use Apostles, Prophets, ext? I'm just curious to know. I'm trying to learn more about other religions, and who better to ask then the people themselves, right? I'll probably ask a few more questions about your church before I move on to another one, so just answer me honestly, and be nice!!!

I've only read it from religious theists in this category, the question "If man came from monkeys why are there still monkeys".

I'm just wondering, are there any science textbooks that say man came from monkeys?

A lot of people worship the Supreme GOOD/KIND Being, because of "rewards" they beleive they'll get. For example, the belief of being blessed and going to an eternal paradise, or being protected. Why don't we worship a Supreme EVIL Being, because we will not attain good things. So, since they worship him to attain rewards for themselves not for the sake of God, they are woshiping for selfish reasons. Which raises the question "Is it really right to worship God (kind) because of selfish reasons (see above)?" Since a lot of people today think selfish is a bad thing.

After all, we aren't the ones who think so highly of ourselves that we find it our right to judge others for all eternity. To me, the fact that Christians think they have this prerogative is the height of conceit.
