While I do not believe that we can communicate with those who have passed on, I do believe that there is a "cloud of witnesses". It says so in Hebrews. That they are cheering us on in spiritual matters. So in that instance, I think that our loved ones can know some of what we are doing.
I am sorry about the loss of your daughter.

I'm very sorry for the loss of your daughter. I'm a mother too, and I can only imagine the grief this has caused you.
Overall, I believe the Bible tells us that the dead can see and hear us. Consider these sources:
1) 1 Samuel 28:13-19 describes a sorceress raising the dead prophet Samuel so King Saul could inquire of him. Samuel's words clearly prove he was aware of what happened in Israel after his death.
2) Jesus' parable of "The Rich Man and Lazarus" at Luke 16:19-31 also confirms that the dead are aware of events on earth, including events related to loved ones.
However, God makes it clear that we shouldn't attempt to contact the dead through means such as prayer to them or via sorcery/witchcraft.

I don't think the Bible says quite that. It does say that we should not try to communicate with the dead. We know that the heavenly hosts can observe us.
If she was a child when she died, or if she came to a saving acknowledgment of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, she is in Heaven and, if you have Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you will be reunited with her.

I believe those statements about the dead were given BEFORE Jesus' crucifixion...
After Jesus died He entered the Spirit world and fought with Satan and won.. He took the keys and unlocked Spirit Prison where every Spirit had been kept up until that time...
Today we CAN talk to Spirits and they can hear us.. sometimes we can hear them...
I believe that we CAN join our family in Heaven.

Of course she can!! Your daughter in heaven is now a saint, and as such, a great advocate for you!! If I were you I would be asking her to intercede on my behalf to God all the time. In fact, given what you must have suffered, and the fact that you have someone like that in heaven praying for you, she will most likely be one of the biggest reason why you get into heaven.

If you check on the people who have had died and came back you'll find out they can do both. I'm sorry for your loss. I have yet to read that she can't do either in the Bible.

I can't say for sure.I wouldn't stop talking to her though. I talk to my Grandma, and feel a connection to her in some spiritual way when I do, even though she's not with us now. God can see your heart, and I feel sure that even if she can't hear you literally, she's still able to feel your love! God Bless!!

I believe that she can. I believe that she not only hears you but gets a window to see you and all those she cares for.

She can hear you
And why are all questions about the Bible directed to Christians? It was given to the Jews and we're the ones who study it all day long......

Catholics have a different view of life after death. We believe in the communion of saints in heaven and on earth.
The saints in heaven establish the whole Church in holiness. Their merits are offered through Christ, the one Mediator. By their concern, our weaknesses are helped. "Do not weep, for I shall be more useful to you after my death" (St. Dominic). "I want to spend my heaven in doing good on earth" (St. Therese of Lisieux).
Our union with the saints in heaven joins us to Christ. "We love the martyrs. May we also be their companions and fellow disciples" (Martyrdom of Polycarp
Peace and blessings!
