You are spooky!!!! I have just come back from the shop with the latest book on cosmic ordering by barbel Mohr. Bought as a few things have gone seriously wrong in my life recently and I realised I'd stopped thinking positively and stopped cosmic ordering. So I needed to have a 'top up'. Came on here to see if there was anything on cosmic ordering - and there was!
Anyway, to answer - yes, last year when I first happened on the concept of positive thinking and cosmic ordering I literally changed my entire life by doing it. I was stuck in a job that was enormously stressful, underpaid, and my family seemed to be suffering whichever way we all turned. So I ordered a new life and lifestyle. Here I am, living a life of luxury (7 bedroom house with pool), I no longer work and I now live in the Middle East. Could tell you more, but it just sounds like I'm gloating!! However, you have to continue doing it or it will all slip away and you end up back where you started, hence my emergency shopping trip.... Wish me well!!!
PS - I've ordered 10 points for one of my answers today - I'll let you know!!!

Edit - yep got my 10 points - awarded by asker, if there are any detracters out there!! Also thought I'd add - read 'positive thinking' by Lynne Franks (I believe thats the title of the book - its long since gone walkabout amongst my friends who have also valued whats in it). Also - Cosmic Ordering by Jonathan Cainer. read both and enjoy the changes!!

2nd Edit - this is embarassing - got another 2 best answers today (for questions answered the other day)- better put the brakes on my order!!

Cosmic ordering is like prayer for those who don't believe in a god. Psychologically it should work simply by defining your goals & so helping you unconsciously to work towards them. You have to remember a few basics. The first is that it won't change your environment. The second is that other people have freedom of choice and you can't override that. Third is that it will not make exceptions to the general flow of events - for example someone in a poor country cannot become rich in world terms, only relatively so compared to others in that same area. Personally I believe that many people who pray do little more than cosmic ordering, certain exceptions apply obviously. You would most likely get as good results by other methods. I'd recommend a book called The Power of Positive Thinking. It goes into a lot more detail on what is essentially a similar psychological process. Call it cosmic ordering, positive thinking or even prayer if you like. The important thing is to try it & see if it works for you. Best of luck!

I wrote a "male order" before I had even heard of cosmic ordering. In fact, I didn't even know I was ordering anything, I just wrote out a description of my perfect man in list form. It had something like forty points on it. Obviously, I didn't specifiy a delivery date, and then I forgot about it for a few months. Then, lo and behold, I walk into a classroom to take a nightclass, and the teacher is the man I ordered. It was almost as if I had created him myself.

One of the items on my list was that he should be completely smitten with me, and he was, as I was with him. unfortunately, I didn't put on the list that we should be able to communicate effectively, and we couldn't. We spend two years in an endless do-si-do of unexpressed devotion, and then finally drifted apart.

My friend, did not get the compensation she was due, from her place of work.
Every night she goes out the back door, and looks up at the sky (Her cat follows her) and she asks the Cosmic, to help in getting her compensation for her.
I have never heard of this before, she said Noel Edmond's does this.

No it is called synchronicity.

You just notice the one time that this 'works' and ignore the thousands of other times when it doe absolutely nothing. It is just a coincidence.

I'm pretty sure that the universe, being as it is a vast uncomprehending vacuum punctuated with bits of burning plasma and a few billion large rocks, doesn't really care about my, or your, personal situation.
