...Why did he bother praying in the Olive garden? Why did he ever bother praying at all?
And why did he ask IF possible, take this trial from me... but thy will be done? Is this a case of God not quite able to make up his mind?

The abyss that divides Pagans from Christians...The New Age from Religions...the East from the West...is absurd. There is no division. We are all one.

Now ask yourself, why hasn't God who's all-powerful, all-knowing solve these problems? (Answers such as "it's God's way" will not be accepted. Let's put on our thinking caps people and not go for the easy cop-out).

My puny brain could only come up with this analogy from the Matrix. Can you guys do any better?

Agent Smith: "Did you know that the first Matrix was designed to be a perfect human world? Where none suffered, where everyone would be happy. It was a disaster. No one would accept the program. Entire crops were lost. Some believed we lacked the programming language to describe your perfect world. But I believe that, as a species, human beings define their reality through suffering and misery. The perfect world was a dream that your primitive cerebrum kept trying to wake up from. Which is why the Matrix was redesigned to this: the peak of your civilization."

Do any Catholics, Christians or anybody that believes they can commit a sin know anything about this issue. My friend has been bugging me with this question cause he is catholic but he fears that if he masturbates he will be sinning. If I feel like masturbating I just do it I dont care I think it's just something normal we humans do but my friend dosent agree with my view. What is your take on this issue or your knowledge whatever input you give is no right or wrong answer I just want to know what you think.

I know that we are not supposed to have sex untill we are married, but why? I don't think people even got marreid when god was around. And murder is a sin, so does that mean that the troops that fight in wars are all going to go to hell for killing people?

Also can someone give me a list of ALL of the sins so I can make sure that I am not sinning?

and how EXACTLEY do I ask for forgivness after commiting a sin?

my own personal view is that God is not confined to a body & that He is omnipotent (all powerful) & omniscient (all knowing). many Christians would agree with me. however, Mormons believe that God is confined to a physical body such as when he appeared to Joseph Smith as a bearded, gray haired man dressed in white. If this is true, doesn't this defeat the idea that God is the most supreme being in all of the universe? Being confined to a body would not allow Him to be all powerful. can someone clarify this Mormon belief?

I'm not part of the congregation. I'm over 5 hours away. I'm in another state. The pastor has been a friend for 21 of my 41 years of life. Is it okay to write the group and say that they did he and his family dirty and wrong? I am very upset!

All is recylced ...You die, decompose, and reutrn to the earth. The same material that was once made up you will become plants and other things. Plants that will be eaten by other animals, aniamls that most likey will be eaten by another animal. The same for the whole universe when a star dies, it gasses will be reused over and over. All is one and the same energy

We obviously want to welcome him to our "family". We have already ordered the choir to "urban" a little bit.

My daughter made a welcome sign

"Welcome to our church Holmes"

What else can we do? How do you talk to these people?

Thanks!
