Jesus stated "I am the way the truth, and the life, no one comes unto heaven, but by me." John 14:6

Daniel in the Jewish scriptures teaches "To those that go to the grave, Hell is abhorance apart from God forever, Heaven is everlasting life."

Jesus taught about it in Mathew 24 as weeping forever with gnashing teeth for rejecting His salvation. and in Revelation 19-22 IN this 22nd chapter he also says to the writers of books after the bible "If you add to my word you will recieve plagues to your life."

Since I have come to know Jesus as my savior Messiah, and best friend-I have that joy and assurance, he corrects me when i think wrong and helps me to help others, not to reject him and think my own blood will atone for my sins-If you have sin you cant forgive sin with your own impurites. As Isaiah teaches too Isaiah 52:13-53:12 "He will die for our sins and...."

PLEASE answer the question if you reject Jesus salvation & You claim hell doesnt exist, will you go to heaven?

There have been hundreds if not thousands of religions during the history of our planet. Why is yours the correct one? Doesn't all the other religions' members feel they are in the true religion?

I've just heard the parents of the famous lost child, Madeleine, say that their faith will be tested if it turns out that she is dead.
I can understand unbearable grief, but I've heard of many cases of people losing faith because of personal tragedy. Had not these people recognised that tragedies befall devout, sincere, practising Christians, just as everyone else.
Why do they especially question God when it happens to them?
I expect it happens the other way round too, personal tragedy leading to a faith in God.
PS. This is not a criticism, just an observation.

I logged in to answer some good questions and read some interesting points of view. However, I am hard pressed to find anything worth reading or responding to!! Every second question or post is from a Christian bashing an atheist or an atheist stirring up or insulting the Christians.
Is it just me, or has it got a lot more immature around here lately?

BTW, I'm not attacking freedom of speech, just the immaturity!

I saw Charles Bronson do that in "Death Wish", so I always wanted to copy it, try it,myself at home or in the street,or at work. It seems so easy.
I work at a bar, and if people get rowdy that means maybe I can take two rolls of coins out of the cash register, put them in my sock and slug them over the head and see what happens next.

What was the experience like for you? Have you ever considered that it was a 'real' experience perhaps spiritual in someway?

Is it just for show??? To make themselves look good in the eyes of men rather than in the eyes of their god?

Matthew 6:6 says...But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

So, is somebody (or a group of somebodies) misunderstanding the concept behind this verse? Or is it something else???

I'm 14, and my mother is Catholic and my step-dad just never talks about it, and neither of them inforced a religion on me and for that I am thankful, because I got to search around for whats right for me. I'm kind of between Aithiest and Agnostic. I want to stay open minded about religions but somehow I just cant make myself belive in things like walking on water and all that magical stuff that needs a lot of faith to rely on. I'm more of a person who just belives in "having morals" and thats good enough, but lately I feel a bit empty because I don't have a religion. I really just want to believe in something but as hard as I try, I just can't.

Are there any religions or something that dosen't rely so much on things that are scientifically impossible but moreso just about being a good person and believeing in "good thigns happen to good people"?
