I know I may be only adding to it but it's starting to get on my nerves. If the world ends then so be it but it's not likely.

I am a 24 year old who has identified herself as an Atheist since age 10 or so. My parents are "Christians" (do not go to church but believe in a higher power), never baptized me, and did not force me to go to church. I had been to bible school with family friends, but none of it made sense to me, even at an early age. I did not, and still don't, see how there is a higher power which created everything, this almighty god that I should be praying to and worrying about every day.

Lately I have been lightly reading up on Satanism, and I am not quite sure but I feel as though I fall more into that category. I may not understand Satanism fully, but it seems based on what I have taken in, that Satanism is basically Atheism but where everything that the person does is because it benefits themselves, through actions lust and thought etc. I am just wondering what the true differences are between the two.

Christians need not reply. Thank you.

ligare' means to bind together - 're' means again.
so religion should unite the world communities. But lot of damage to the existing societies is being done in the name of propagation, evengelization of... fanaticism etc. What could be the root cause for this destructive diversification by the so called religious zealots?

I know that there is not just one path to greatness. God is merciful they should remember that.

Scenario:A man and a woman are in a relationship but not married and they have a child. They never get married. But they never cheat on each other and are very commited to each other and the child. They are truely happy and good people and stay together until death. Is this a sin in the eyes of God from the Bible? Will these two parents go to hell for this? Or is the offical marriage just a man made thing? Can they be "married" in their own eyes and hearts? These are honest questions, I want to know.

Is it possible for Christians who believe homosexuality is sin to reach out in love and compassion to those who identify as gay and those who struggle with same sex attraction. What are some of your ideas?

Dan Brown author of "The Da Vinci Code" tells a story of a protection of the royal treasure that is protected through the centries known as the knights Templer. In my beliefs I believe there was a relationship between Mary and Jesus and there could of posably been a good chance that she had Jesus child. Do you believe this could of happen? Do you believe he used all the right sources to prove this?

I used to be catholic and I have since been liberated. It is very hard to explain the dangers of catholicism without the insecurity within the faith making someone angry- I'm taking suggestions- how do I show or tell people where the truth really is?

They think we are pushy when we honestly promote our beliefs. But they accept to have pushed everyday: Taxes, ideologies, political lies, a la Hollywood mind programming, low pay, economic social separation, etc. and they stay in submission without complain.

They make Laws and then submit themselves to follow these laws as if they were Gods without any consideration. See, when a police would give you a brake on a ticket he is committing a great sin. Same with the money. Money is god.

They learn about evolution so they know that we must also socially evolve, so it's normal to pay for education, work two jobs for a rich man to pay for college, pay for food, pay for water, don't have a job. The only religious rule they have accepted is the one day rest in the week. Silly, they could have more free time in Jesus's Kingdom.

They don't think is better when my people help you build your house then we build mine
