The athiest guys might cheat on their wives because the wives are religious and maybe the athiest guys have more fun with athiest girls.
Also you say that Jesus does not like it when the athiest guys cheat. Is he happy if the Christians guys cheat then??

Talk about unfounded generalisations! The worst cheaters and most promiscuous men I have known were CHRISTIAN! (No I am not accusing all Christian men of being cheaters, I know there are good ones out there!)
If Jesus hates it when a faithless, non beliver cheats, then how much more would he hate it when someone who pretends to be good and pure and righteous cheats?

No, most athiest guys do not cheat on their wives. And of course they don't want to go to Hell, or care what Jesus thinks, because they believe in neither.
As for why they do it, probably because they aren't afraid of getting in trouble with God.

Atheists don't go to church or believe in gods, and according to recent statistics, Christians have a SUBSTANTIALLY higher divorce rate than atheists.
