My Nephew is 1 year old now, and I think about how to teach him about Allah
coz Muslim doesn't have God's symbols like other religion.
It will be more difficult to explain about God to kids
When should we start to teach him about it?

Christians believe Jesus is God or son of God based on verses similar to this :
Jesus said: "I and the Father are one"(Jn.10:30)
Jesus said: "I am the way, ...no one comes to the Father, but through me." (Jn.14:6)
I dont wish to list every verse but they are more or less similar.

For Non-Christians like myself, these verses:
Jesus said: "I go to the Father; for the Father is greater than I." (Jn.14:28)
Jesus said; "Truly, truly, I say to you, a slave is not greater than his master; neither is the one who is sent greater than the one who sent him." (John 13:16)

Now, LOGICALLY speaking, if Jesus was God, he could have said it himself, somewhere, at least ONCE. But he did not. All the prophets have mentioned to their people that they were prophets sent by God. If Jesus was TRULY God, he should have said it HIMSELF, not, the Gospel writers. Son of God may not be taken in the literal sense.
Put all faith aside and Look at it from a Logical point. Is Jesus God?

..in America, where light entertainment from TV and movies are virtually always about:
deamons
vampires
werewolves
evil
angels
ufo's
..etc, and always involve murder, and gunfights..
I mean, god is mentioned on American currency, and kids blow each other to bits with firearms at school, after watching a prime time TV show based on murder and deamons..!!

Is there a correlation with all the religious fruitcakes being able to be so easily believe in god while embracing ignorance and denial, and who also believe, and act on, their imaginary sky fairy friend..?

The country seems ripe for moulding young minds into nutters of one form or another, and it is undeniably full of nutters of one form or another..

If tests are sent from God to bring you closer to Him, should you deliberately put yourself in situations where you know some aspect of yourself you will thoroughly be tested?

Should you take perilous risks and behave with disregard for your own life.

Does self-torture bring you closer to God?

"It has been foreseen that exactly three hundred and fifty years into the future, Silver phoenixes shall strike down the twin brothers of oppression That carried the king's nation, which shall bring upon the apocalypse. In the City of God there will be a great thunder, two brothers torn apart by chaos"

Could the prediction mean the twin towers and does he mean that the result of the conflict between America and terrisom could result in a new world war worse that ww2

Recently I read an article that states in 2029 a rather large comet is going to come so close to the earth that it will pass by BELOW our low orbit sattelites perhaps even brushing thru our atmosphere. Now this could cause various and sundry TRIBULATIONS to occur. Enough so that perhaps the world would ban together under one person. Especially considering that dependant upon various orbital effects from the earth it could come back aroundand smack into us SEVEN YEARS later. So... what say you? Could this be it?

I saw these quotes from a website about how bad the Bible talked about the woman..
Genesis

God fashions a woman out of one of Adam's ribs. This was necessary since Adam couldn't find a "help meet" in any of the animals that God made for him. 2:20-22

Adam blames Eve and Eve blames the serpent. 3:12-13

God punishes Eve, and all women after her, with the pains of childbirth and subjection to men. 3:16

Adam is also punished, although less severely. He now will have to work for a living because he "hearkened unto the voice" of his wife. 3:17

Lamech is the first of a long line of biblical men with more than one wife. It seems that God approves of such marriages. 4:19, 23

And there are many others but I wouldn't like to make the question too long.

Sorry if it would be offensive for some of you...

Thank you in advance!

You ever read the bible? In the first chapters humans eat the fruit and gain wisdom and are then kick out in to the world to die and reproduce...Later in the tower of babel story all humanity comes together as one and trys to take down god...later after moses frees everyone god asks the people do you want me to rule you or a man? they choose a man thus king david and all that...then theres job that gets his family killed of and what not so god can show the devil he will love him no matter how many times he hits him with pain...finally theres the book of revoations that talks of world peace being achived by the "devil" only to get destroy by a war with god.
Seems like a common theme...Believing in a religion aways brings a downfall. what do you think?

What do you think of this quote? What comes to your mind?

"The truth is, after the fall of the Muslim Empire in the 1800's, in many places culture and nationalism over shadowed the teachings of Islam. Take for example the tribal areas in Pakistan, where women are not given their rights despite the men being Muslims! This is suppression as seen by Islam! At the end of the day it is the responsibility of the people to ensure that they follow Islam so that everyone gets their rights. But unfortunately despite being many, the Muslims have strayed from the teachings of Islam. That is the same reason why no one should judge Islam based on the actions of an individual - because individuals can change but Islam does not change since it is the Truth from God."

I have seen all the Superman movies....

Superman: The Movie
Superman II (& The Richard Donner Cut)
Superman III
Superman IV: The Quest For Peace
Superman: Returns

And I have watched all the TV shows about Superman and read all the comics books.

Can you point out in what ways Jesus & Superman are alike?

There are a few similarities that I am aware of, one is that they both love to save people.

Can you find more????

(NOTE: Superman is a fictional character, Christ is a real human being. That is a difference between them. NO POINTS TO PEOPLE WHO SAY THAT THEY ARE BOTH FICTIONAL).

What do you think of these facts? These are not just facts because somebody has the opinion they are, they are in the histories of these countries and cultures. What do they make you think and what does the following quote make you think?

"Women in Islam are seen as the greatest treasures this world has to offer. Not speaking in a sense of possession of course, but rather in the sense of creation. The Prophet of God, Mohammed once said, 'There is no greater treasure on this Earth than a good pious believing woman'. Islam was the first way of life in the entire world to give women an equal status to men in the civilized world. Difficult to believe? Lets take a look at the facts then.

Ancient Greece - women held no position in politics, had no right to vote, but were rather treated as 'sex objects'

Ancient Egyptians - With the exceptions of the Pharaohs families, other women were considered inferior
