Was he also perfect after he was circumcised?

When he resurrected himself, did his foreskin grow back along with his dead brain cells, etc?

Being human means imperfection.

In Monotheism everything other than God is imperfect, that is why we worship God alone.

Since Jesus was born of a human mother, and was fully human, he cannot be God.

Nothing can be infinitely perfect and imperfect in the same time. Youre either one or the other.

The perfection of Jesus refers to His heart, mind, and soul and His deeds & actions.
Jesus was without sin.
Jesus' earthly body was as other humans.
He grew up, he aged, he matured.

Since the Disciples knew Jesus on sight after His resurrection, they & multitudes saw the nail scars in Jesus' hands & feet, and sword scar in his side, it stands to reason that Jesus retained His circumsizion as well.

Jesus was a Jewish carpenter born in Bethlehem, raised in Nazareth, of the tribe of David, son of Abraham, who preached about treating your neighbour as you would treat yourself.

Circumcision is a ritual that is connected to the Judiac covenant with God, not a physical flaw.

Jesus was human and given to human failings, as witnessed by his anger in the temple with the moneychangers.

As for the rest of your queries, non sequitur
